I interpreted him to mean that it will still be worth loads even if there are no material improvements in the next dose cohort from the first (which has been proven safe and to work so far). big pharma will probably know durability data already on cohort one under NDA however us minion investors dont get such prized info so easily. hence why its still so cheap cheap.

Sentis efficacy levels are poor compared to CAR T. ive been keeping an eye on it. quite simply its nowhere near as efficacious as CAR T. but yes, another good bridging treatment. i dont think they're allowed kids on their treatment yet still. after a full phase one? And yet hemo peds trial expansion was granted after a single patient... oh why could that be?

HGCT1 is not a bridge to bone marrow transplant. It replaces it. But thanks for highlighting it.

The half dose is indeed efficacious. Whether you decide it is or not dictates whether you get cheap HEMO stock or expensive stock when the details are formally released.
