Lots more patients needed to prove it up to license. Proof of concept is different. And so is what Big Pharma want to see. Working in kids and on a higher dose in adults will bring a clearer picture to those eyes that matter.

That is factually incorrect on multiple levels.

1 the estonia exemption is not dependent upon trial results. but if it were;

2 the minimum treatment is already proven to work so 'improvement' is not necessary in that sense either

yes they expect to see more powerful efficacy with a higher dose but expanding this format of a trial depends on safety, not efficacy.
