Cash is king. when you need it you have to sell whatever stock you need to raise it. doesnt matter what is going on with the stock. My conviction is unwavering. its obvious to me the SP action is unrelated to the company position and recent progress. i am relaxed and confident of an upcoming tsunami of news. trial restart imminent.

Jealousy is a green eyed monster. at hemo we have utter clarity as to the path going forward. Next steps, funded, safe, cleared p3 completely demonstrating efficacy. tech transfer completed end of march at which point hemo were ready to recruit. We are now a month on. no genius required to figure out whats been going on the last month. expect trial update soon. pediatric arm commencement is exciting but the adult increased dose is equally important in terms of data. next 2 patients are pivotal imo.

Bbb11, your post is excellent. to date the preclinical findings are being replicated in humans so far. And the CAR T essentially cured the mice of AML in that preclinical testing - they lived a lot longer than they should. this is not a complex scenario to understand - if it continues replicating in humans then it will save so many lives. the safety profile of HEMO CAR T is such that the next dose level (recommended dose) should not lead to a signficant increase in risk of DLTs yet should increase efficacy. The next cohort will reveal all and it all begins soon.

Justhereforhemo, i see some sort of long standing argument for you with some posters on here. If, like me, you are very confident in hemo then there is no point in arguing with doubters and nay sayers (and pumpky, im not sure what he is) as it doesnt effect our views. Maybe just leave them to it and sit back. Hopefully soon we have something better to talk about.

Saint, i read hfh post yes. i think his opinion is incorrect. The lonza molecule is completely different. Separate. They did not modify and enhance the Eli molecule. They made a new one.

You have seen it? the RNS that tells us they have developed something better.

Looking back through RNSs is quite enjoyable. CBR and CDX are impressive. Hope we get going soon on those too.

Jhfh agrees with me on this (nt sure this is a good thing) that eli relationship ended with the purchasing of the ip. What remained were contract terms should we commercialise their ip. The point being imo the lonza work didnt just add on to eli ip, it replaced it.

CDX was only ever on hold due to financial constraints. HEMO did not have the funds and BP were not interested at the time. Now CAR T is in trial and seems to work, its already beginning to validate CDX. So imo right now BP will know about this validation via CAR t which could encourage their involvement with CDX - the catalyst they needed. Or we may now have some cash spare to take CDX forward to IND.

Either way more chance something more is happening with CDX now than before.

In relation to the CDX molecule, co-developed with Eli Lilly, there was a payment of US$250,000 to Lilly. Also agreed were milestone payments to Lilly of up to US$1 million through to Phase II clinical trials. Additional (potentially substantial) clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments, plus tiered royalties on sales. A percentage of any sub-licensing income paid to Lilly.

However, I suspect Vlad will not be taking the Eli Lilly molecule forward due to the below RNS which includes the following:

"The Company's scientists utilised Lonza's bYlok bispecific pairing technology to develop a new and improved version of CDX, which has demonstrated significantly enhanced efficacy in in vitro testing. Additional in vivo studies are currently underway."

HEMO are not in any sort of partnership with Eli Lilly as far as I’m aware. They did their bit then stepped aside. Sorry, but Eli is old news.

I've considered the funding update today and the hint at how estonia is moving forward and I am pleased with my investment. Although my average is in the £9s, I am more confident than ever. No cashflow issues slowing down treatment like last year. It truly is full steam ahead beginning now. All BP in discussion with HEMO are now on notice that essentially Vlad doesnt need them/cash to provide hg ct 1 works. HEMO can do it thmselves.

A great position to negotiate from when dealtime time comes. Next step dosing the next two patients. Quite exciting.
