Or hang on a little, allow more data to roll out and validate the quality of HG CT 1, which will up the deal price? We all know BP has big wallets.

I dont see any other pharma providing market updates on individual patients progress and I dont see why HEMO should be any different. The right eyes will be getting to know all they need to know data-wise under NDA. Vlad no longer trying to impress retail... bigger eyes and wallets on this. i also take this as Vlad having zero concerns about cash.

P4 adult and P1 kid patients will give us hugely significant new data to on safety alone. I expect good efficacy, i just want to know safety good and then all bets are off as to who will be stepping in to buy it. IMO.

We all have our own plans investing in whatever we pick. The point is my money is down and time will tell. And not that much time either imo.

i like HEMO because I think Dr Sandler has mastered CAR T safety for r/r AML. Nothing else has done this from my research. Nothing. And this means it will be in v high demand v soon is my thoughts.

Saint. You are in Avacta. When do you see it commercialising its asset(s)? I am interested in investing but dont understand when it gets bought, licenses a treatment or launches. Might they partnership soon?

I think may investors have lost sight of what hemo have. Its been quiet news-wise for a while now and everyone seems to have just switched off.

In terms of priorities I’m fairly sure a treatment needs to work first before anyone begins to worry about manufacturing costs.

Although Vlad has already cut manufacturing costs significantly via the tech transfer. So don’t you worry, he’s got all bases covered currently.

hEMO is a low resource company, but with incredible science, the ceo prioritises what is important. SP lagging because r/r AML is complicated and most dont get it. Things will change soon though imo.

PurpleKenny, yes Hemo are permitted to progress both adult and children's cohorts in parallel. No need to wait til End of first phase to release data but it has be more than 3 . 9 is plenty! First adult full dose and first kid a big deal imo - I see lots of noise if results continue the trend.

The next cohorts injected, adult recommended dose and kids half dose, will finally prove how good HEMO car t is. The doom mongers don’t like this.

And things begin now. N3 -> N9 in just 3 months.

Bone marrow testing will confirm conclusively if patients reached MRD negativity. We have not been told. If the patients have reached MRD-, keeping it quiet is NDA-driven sort of action that BP would be pushing imo.

I am confident that they are alive. I believe that the impressive preclinical results are showing in the human patients. This is why I’ve scaled in.

No one likes crap comms. Everyone wants to know everything that is going on all the time. but its not always possible.

I take from the quiet that Vlad is not in anyway desperate to impress anyone with hype RNSs. this quiet time says to me he has things that will impress and will be worth waiting for. Confident in his CAR T.
