Beveto I did not say that the due diligence was complete. I am making the point that it is not a condition precedent and that they will have their own trusted accountants who will be making their own assessment. If they were unhappy with the accounts as per information orovided directly from GCAT they wouldn’t be putting in 1M up front. I have also stressed the point that the mining plan is redundant already given a new one is being commissioned based on the up to date position and future position given the forthcoming finance. Cynergy will not be waiting on an independent review of an historic plan.

Cynergy are a group of entrepreneurs- they think like entrepreneurs and they will already have made a financial assessment before signing the HOT.

The audit at this point is so historic as to be largely irrelevant frankly. The key numbers are contained within the private financial accounts and again it is unthinkable that Cynergy and their accountants aren’t already fully up to speed.

My wording should have been clearer above on one point - I should have said the information that PKF have been provided with ie by GCATand not the information that PKF have provided- clearly rhet have provided little so far but hopefully that will change soon.

Bebeto - as regards the due diligence comments you have made, you continue to draw a personal conclusion and state as fact. Do you really think a regional business with multiple interests are waiting in an audit or would they have had their accountants pour over all of the information that PKF have provided to draw their own conclusions? They will want to get to the nub of the business case without the FCA reporting niceties required for a standard listed company. They will also have had access to the plan and formed their own assessment and don’t forget that a new plan is being commissioned in any event which will make the old plan redundant. You are naive to think this wealthy business group are sitting in their hands waiting for PKF - their accountants are probably more agile and adept than PKF.

In terms of market announcement you actually raise an interesting point but again you leap to a conclusion without the facts. I would certainly think that had the funds not arrived in accordance with the timeline as laid out in the RNS then market announcement would have to be made as that would constitute a material non event as such. For good measure they probably should announce but even when you quoted the handbook it is a not a black and white issue.

I have come to the conclusion Bebeto that your world is one of black and white and that would explain how you post and why you feel compelled to draw conclusions and state as fact. The reality is that the corporate landscape is a world of shades of grey. That can be an uncomfortable place for some investors but that’s the real world.

Bebeto do you seriously think for a second that I am operating under 2 names here? If so you are more of a troubled character than I thought and as such I am not going to add to your delusional state further by engaging directly further at this time - that would not sit well with me from a well being perspective for you.

I will however simply correct your errors if they continue in future in a very factual way.

Bebeto - I correct posters that post factually incorrect information. It has nothing to do whether I like it or not. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I will take posters to task where they quote opinion as fact. You fall into that category Bebeto. If it is your opinion then state it as such and don't quote as if its fact. A poor attempt at deflection Bebeto by calling me a bully - but you are entitled to your opinion.

Finally you might wish to reflect on the definition of a bully - a person who habitually seeks to harm or intimidate those whom they perceive as vulnerable. Are you being harmed Bebeto by me correcting your posts or perhaps you feel intimidated? I hope not as that is not my intent. Are you vulnerable? You don't come over as vulnerable - but you do come over as spouting your opinions as fact.

There was no hiding in Aidan's presentation about where he thought the share price was heading. Some hints - reference to the previous SP high circa 6p - pre Batangas of pre JV's with the capital injection and free carry. Also a nod to Charles and his experience with Apex when considering the question about potential buy out.

So lets fast forward 18 / 24 months - will we have 3 projects in production and what will the share price / MC be then? Do I hear £100M for starters anyone - an 8 bag from here? That is entirely feasible in my view if everything falls into place.

Pretty sure on the lifting of the suspension Iwontell as the FCA are the regulatory body and I think that GCAT has kept them engaged during the delay in the audit and hopefully with their intentions regarding the prospectus.

Bebeto - I can't remember using that expression before. I am far more direct regarding your posts and far less polite than Iwonttell. I don't find your postings in the least bit humorous. I do find myself agreeing with Iwontell's assessment of your posts though and I will leave you unblocked for the time being to try and correct your posts as I have done below.

I have unlocked Bebeto again to see what he is saying given Ionttell's comments.

A few observations from me.

- The company might well have received the first $500K already given the timelines in the RNS.

- His due diligence comment is not factual - the financial statements to which I presume he is referring to the audit outcome is not a condition precedent. If it simply unthinkable that Cynergy will part with $1M without doing due diligence on the financials - I would expect their accountants to have been granted access to all the data provided to PKF - this is basic stuff.

- Not sure what his reference is to an investment company or does he mean the company that is making the investment I wonder?

- Cynergy will be a stakeholder just like shareholders given their % stake and eligible to take their share of profits - not sure of his point.

Iwonttell - a couple of observations and points for aged measure if I may: once the audit and accounts are produced then the company can come out of suspension and therefore it shouldn't take months - just need PKF to deliver. The LSE have nothing to do with the suspension - it's the FCA and they will be also be the regulatory body that will be in charge of reviewing the prospectus.

Damn right by the way in terms of Robbie unceasing efforts and the POG is an huge tail wind for future profitability.

Continued - Bontangus - Aidan expects very low cost to get into production. If MUTP not agreed in SK they will apply again until they get it. Talk about being a take-over target - simply lots of discussion that is well worth listening to.

Im pleasantly surprised that there has been little action today but then holders realise that we might get news on Kochang as early as next week which must have a positive impact given the strong likelihood of further cash to get Kochang to production.

Excellent presentation from my perspective - Aidan brings it to light and if anyone was in doubt of the benefit of the local JV partner they shouldn't be after watching this.

I am even more excited now than I was!

- Kochang - quote - absolutely confident that we will get the farm out - he believes that they will have positive news imminently - he is going to SK Monday for the whole week visiting Gubong and Kochang.

Q&A - well worth listening to - low AISC / contracting out work / details about licenses / benefits of local JV partners / Korean JV consortium overview - successful businessmen - new to gold but technical support from Bluebird - they are there for investment and navigate permitting along with local population and politics. Looking to see what work they can do in Korea in the mine before the MTUP is issued (MTUP seems to be in a back log of government work at the moment). He mentions specifically about hopefully closing out Kochang discussions next week. Company name change on it's way.

Life of mine commentary - lots of extra ounces to be discovered. Talk about when will we be producing revenue - already touched upon at the start - from licenses being in place 6/9 months Kochang / 12 month Gubong - no need for additional cash from BMV envisaged given the JV cash injected / Botangus -

Hopefully the benefit of not having the herd here yet, is that we don’t get the usual herd type reactions. Interesting to here how Aidan positions the Kochang negotiations but one of the positives here is that we have 3 projects and not 1.

So the presentation is now out and we are not going to get the third JV news today - negotiations still on going. I’m expecting Aidan to put more flesh in the bone on this point in the presentation but maybe the potential partner is waiting on the mountain access permit to be granted before signing an agreement- let’s see what Aidan says.

Putting that aside, it’s a good presentation clearly laying out the projects and potential. Hopefully it will create wider exposure and understanding of what we have here.

Well there is nothing on their site yet so looking like the big reveal will be after hours tonight or first thing tomorrow. Will there be new news and an RNS as well? Not long to find out. BUT even if we need to wait longer on Kochang we still have 2 JVs in the bag and hopefully being moved forward along the permission processes right now.

Exciting times and still no herd.

I think that the company has already experienced the type of issues that it might encounter and that is the artisan miners. I suspect that our new partner with lots of local / regional business interests might be able to exert some influence in protecting the mine in future and if nothing else funds can help bolster site security. In terms of taxes - thats a fine line for any government to walk - over tax and it sends a clear message to possible future foreign investment - if anything Kenya might want to give tax incentives to attract foreign investment. Just my thoughts on the issues. As for trying to raise investment - the investment has been raised (negotiated) and via a source that will be fully aware of any local headwinds given their many and varied business interests.
