Morning all. After yesterdays large purchase reveal it feels like a large sell order is bing filled at the moment. Lets see.

One way or another we will be getting an RNS next week - if only to announce the new presentation - but could be so much more potentially of course.

I have either been in prem or watching prem for a number of years now. I have been constantly disappointed by the numerous attempts at getting into production.

My simple question for those that are closer to the engineering process is - is this new technology / a new process and that explains the numerous failed attempts at getting this production process right, or is there another explanation. My uneducated default is lack of managerial competence but does this include an engineering incompetence as well.

I am not trying to be argumentative - just trying to boil down the history to try and take a view on the future here.

Iwonttell - I think we are all very frustrated at the lack of news at the moment - I doubt given the situation though that we will hear anything by any other means than an official RNS. As strange as it sounds, I think that no news is almost good news at the moment - nothing has changed since the last RNS that the market needs to be updated on. Waiting on the audit and coming out of suspension and hopefully unlocking finance in the process.

Antibacterial - on timelines - I am sure that if he knew he would give us a timeline. I assune he would like one as well. Over to PKF!!

How do you KNOW what is coming? What do you know that hasn't been officially communicated to the market?

The timelines fit - last RNS mentioning Kochang was June 12th: quote

With regards to Kochang, discussions regarding a potential JV with the same consortium that invested in Gubong are at an advanced stage, and the team is confident of a positive conclusion in the near future with legal drafting underway.

So a couple of weeks to conclude legal formalities which will closely follow a format already tried and tested by both Boards and legal teams is not unreasonable.

I am not a horse racing expert but I think that the odds are fairly short on news by next Thursday but we still have to cross the finish line of course. I think I will stop my analogy now before I come a cropper!

Align Research tweeting on the back of the news this morning - like me they are pontificating whether this is the lead in to news on Kochang. Certainly it would save them doing a presentation rewrite a couple of weeks later.....

Lets see - should be an interesting day here if the herd get a whiff of the potential. IF being the word at the moment although it is not for the lack of effort by the BMV media machine.

New news perhaps??

Delighted to be able to update shareholders next week through the Investor Meet service. Lots has happened over the last few months in both South Korea and the Philippines with the free carry model being implemented to advance the portfolio to production. Already c. US$7.5m committed by our local partners to advance projects to production. Increased activity and news flow has prompted many requests for an update/presentation. I don't think so - the good news (and I am crossing my fingers) is that the lack of trades over the last few hours doesn't seem to be causing any holders to get jittery and sell - holding for much bigger gains in my view.

Iwontell - I think the only production and known resource data is already out there by official notifications - as you know we are all waiting on the audit which should open the flood gates for further MI on the basis they need an official line in the sand on the accounts to enable them to release more data which is effectively built on top of the audit data.

I think you hit the nail on the head at the moment when you referenced the fortitude of the team - I believe that this fortitude and shear determination to keep the lights on and production running, will translate into future success with the benefit of a finance package. Robbie is a networker and deal maker whatever many say here and I have a strong belief that his fortitude will see us through.

I am sure that many will disagree - but that is my view for what it is worth.

Feels like a 1.8 / 1.9 week without news - 2p+ with.

I have absolutely nothing to base this on other than the known potential and a gut feel following recent SP movements together with the BoD keep this in the media spotlight with tweets.

Interesting late posted trade action from the 13th - one assumes at least £50K worth went into sticky (for the moment) hands in anticipation of our next news flow and hopefully beyond.

Still feels like a seller in the background - let them sell and let them shake - all part of the game.
