100% pure speculation on my part but I notice that there has been no tweets this week - is that because we are so close to an RNS that the company advisers have told them to be quiet for a moment?

Time will tell.

Time is always your friend in investing. Make sure that is one of your key investment metrics.

Nothing is certain in investing.

However I think that a 3rd JV being close to being announced is as certain as we can get here to certainty.

Now how the market reacts who knows. But if as expected the JV follows the previous 2 models the market should react well.

Yesterday’s tweet contained few words but a huge truth. The Asian market gets that gold is a store of value - something that western retail investors don’t seem to get at the moment - but when the West really wakes up, gold has the potential to increase in price dramatically. BMV is ideally placed to capitalise on future increases and the desire to quicken the path to development is a reflection of their thinking that hold’s revaluation might be closer than many think.

I meant to add - in terms of Market Capitalisation - just listen to Aidan's comments in the last presentation and consider where we are now compared to the 5 year chart and how the landscape has changed both in the projects and of course the POG.

BMV is simply incredibly undervalued and in investing you make your money within the delta of cost and value.

Just mulling over potential figures from the forthcoming Kochang JV (not certain but looking very very positive give recent comments from the company).

I have pulled a figure out of the air for a JV buy-in figure of £2.5M (approx half of the $5M buy in for Gubong) - I have decreased the amount for the simple reason that this appears an easier project to get to mometisation and I am thinking maybe that buys less than 60% but I could be very wrong on both scores of course.

What I am leading to is the possible impact on the MC / SP if we saw a £2.5M injection and it was reflected by the same increase in the MC - so £2M / 712.8M shares = 0.0035p - add that to days price of 1.65 and there is 2p or a 21% increase from today.

I could be wildly out on any or all of my guesstimates so this is just for fun and giggles.

What I think we can have a high degree of confidence in though is that we should see the RNS in the next 2 /3 weeks or less and it will have a positive impact.

The team had a good day at Kochang mine, the smaller of our mines in South Korea but has an easier and quicker path to production. JV at legals, progressing and looking to conclude. As a reminder -

Produced c.110,000 oz Au (19.6g/t) and 5.9Moz Ag (1,000g/t) from 1961-1975.

c.2.5km strike - 600m between the 2 mines not exploited.

Non JORC estimate 550-700Kt, grading between 5.2-6.6 g/t Au and 27.3-34.8 g/t Ag.

Last we heard operations had been suspended in any event so my expectation is no and that Robbie and the office staff will be putting in the building blocks required to get the show back on the road. Just imo.

Very good question.

It does feel like it could be down to one or combination of factors at the moment:

- Awareness - the numbers of posters here and views on the tweets is incredibly low (imo) given the relatively near term potential / monetisation

- The operating model is relatively unique amongst junior miners and has yet t catch the markets imagination

- There isn't currently a large base of holders - I am guessing that a dozen or so large investors might account for 80% + of the stock - I have nothing to base this on other than watching the trades.

-Downstream unknowns such as production / cape costs although Aidan has already referenced in term of low cost.

- A bit of manipulation of the SP going on - perhaps

- Short term understanding of the recent SP movement - maybe many think that given the recent % rises that it has ran out of steam - but maybe they are not looking at the 5 year history and market capitalisation to realise that we haven't even got to 50% of all time highs yet on a lot less information / progress / projects / strategic local investors.

So many potential reasons but I am very positive for a very successful outcome here. The BoD have circa 25% of the shareholding and they are 100% incentivised to take the necessary actions to see this multi bag several times from here. I would imagine that this is Charles's and Colin's last big enterprise and I am sure they will be bringing their combined 80years of experience into play to go out on an all time high / success.

If all parties are excited about Gubong - they should be ecstatic about the prospects at Kochang given this project could be the quickest to production. This party isn't even getting warmed up yet.

A good day at Gubong and a debrief over tea! All parties excited about the Gubong mine which has an extraction permit in place with mine life potential c.20 years plus $5m from local partner. The historic Capex estimates for embedded infrastructure >US$20m. Off to Kochnag tomorrow!

The only thing I can think of is that the MM's are happy to accumulate in anticipation of forthcoming news.

Chasbrown - by the time we mine some forecasters say an oz could be $2700 - for very round figures let’s say AISC - so $2B - the bad news we only get 40%.

I can take that kind of bad news though.
