Why will the FCA be duty bound to ask if it's within the permitted timescales?

Can you expand on the related persons transactions and why that might cause a delay?

The MC is now less than the committed funds from our partners to develop the 3 projects - I guess that values known resource (gold and silver) / the potential resource and the previous Capex spend at a negative figure then - mmmmmmm.

Possibly Legalwolf but maybe but to my thinking it only means that PKF continue to be uncommitted about an audit release date - the ball is firmly in their court and has been from some considerable time now.

Presumably not too long - normally about a week for companies house I think but maybe a bit longer if a bvi? Creates an opportunity to raise awareness again when it does so sooner the better.

Bebeto - you make an entirely sensible suggestion - but - PKF are struggling to get the first audit completed- asking them to complete the next one at the same time would most likely delay the first one in the process. My hope is that they bin PKF as soon as they deliver. There must be audit teams out there that can deliver.

Silver Squeeze Update

The World consumes 1.3 billion ounces of silver annually, and old mines are being depleted. World silver production is just 830 million ounces.

The silver industry added less than 10 million ounces in new (mine) production per year in the last decades, which will go down to around 6 million ounces per year in the next one.

Do the math. This is an accident waiting to happen.

The company has always been chasing its tail ever since OCIM walked as the project has always needed the kick start capital injection to get the production levels increased - the AISC makes this a very profitable enterprise once the expansion plans are delivered. Hugely frustrating wait but we have to be close now to getting this party started.

Cash reserves have always been strapped - the reason I am still a believer is that the resource reserve and potential is still there. The AISC against the current POG makes this is a compelling business case but as will any mining project, the initial capital outlay is the key to unlocking the bigger down stream benefits. The local consortium are businessmen who should understand finance.

PKF - we'll what can I say - anyone else with city contacts and ears to the ground?

Little chat here and little trade activity - but just see what happens on a couple of relatively small (relative to the multiple £20K's we have seen in the past) purchases.

Gold back above $2400 and so much market commentary on that subject that it will go far higher and of course we have the silver play as well.

For those like jeligknight building a position, my personal opinion is that they will do well. With the fall in the SP we have the investors drip feed friend of pound cost averaging.

I guess the benefit is at the moment is that the are creating further opportunities to load up at a cheap price but I understand that it will be concerning for those that brought in higher recently. Hope they will have given themselves time for this investment and they will be back in positive territory in relatively (in mining terms) short timelines.

Really important to remember that a fall in the SP has no impact whatsoever on the activities going on to bring these projects home - no need to raise capital as we now have free carries, so no dilution worries.

Like a rainy day - watch from the inside and know that this too shall pass and the sun will come out again.

Caterham - if you check the timings and price it would indicate purchases - the price increased with time across the 3 sales - if they were sells you expect the price to fall - unless someone is really playing games with the system but I doubt they could manipulate the time stamp surely?

Just checked the London Stock Exchange trades - the LSE feed is incomplete. It's missing a sale of 1.45M shares at 15.37 - an irregular number like someone was just selling their entire stock. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

Thanks Boldicus - always good to manage one's own timeline expectations - especially when there is something as important as a property at the end of the plan.

M thoughts about late 2024 / early 2025 were regarding the start of permit news flow - I think this news alone will add the degree of certainty that maybe some are looking for. Hopefully we will be getting more news on other timeframes as well and maybe confirmation that 6 to 9 months is actually 6 months etc.

Mahoosive (my lads word) disconnect with the MC and value here at the moment - who knows what the actual resource numbers here are and given technology has moved on so much in the last 50 years, who knows what new extraction methods might generate in SK. Add in a positive looking POG (Dec contracts for Dec on Friday peaked at $2522) and the future here looks fantastic imo.
