Typos - being positive / chasing it’s tail

Ppanchol - who is ramping here? What is there to ramp about? Do you think bring positive about coming out of suspension is ramping? If so you might need to recalibrate your definition.

If you have been following closely you will know that the company has been chasing its take since OCIM walked. Lack of funds and resource put us into suspension. PFK have kept us in suspension for far too long by dragging their heals.

Clear enough or am I ramping again in your view?

I expect that we will be coming out of suspension shortly - PKF have to get their act together soon.

At that point ppanchol are you going to crystallise your paper loss into an actual loss - it would be the logical course of action for any investor believing that the BoD is dishonest surely?

You have to be more specific if you want to challenge what I have said. If I have rose tinted glasses on when saying I don’t think they are producing …..

You can be loosing but you do not make a loss until you sell.

I doubt whether they are producing any gold at the moment.

Remember it’s only a paper loss until you act.

I’m reading between the lines that you are not a fan.

So I have just come across a few notes made on the back of the presentation in July to remind myself of the potential new flow:

Botangus - geo technical drilling to understand the ground conditions - new Aug / Sep

Kochang - refurb of the addit mentioned - active ongoing meetings re MTUP

Gubong - initial development plan being worked upon & land agreement in negotiation - hopefully an update in Sept

Investor meetings in London in September.

Any additions or amendments from anyone?

Hopefully a tweet update in the not too distant future or better. Aidan mentioned coming to London in September for investor meetings- fingers crossed for some developments on one of the projects by then even if some preliminary work on the ground prior to permits.

Bebeto - they have updated the FCA as far as they can. No doubt the FCA are fully up to speed with the audit position and that the ball is in PKF court. It’s keeping the FCA on side with what they can.

The Fed have just indicated they are going to cut rates - not mentioned when but my money is on September - that should be good for gold and further strengthen the underlying business case and no doubt the determination of our JV partners to do what is required to move the projects forward.

Total disconnect here as the company has said between the value and MC. For those familiar with the Lassonde curve, other explorers have a decade or more of activity from find to extraction - we could be starting as soon as in 6 to 9 months time. We don't have the herd behind us at the moment but when they arrive and understand the near term cashflow I have no doubt that this will multi-bag.

Bebeto - I have never disguised the fact that GCAT are cash strapped and that it certainly has had governance issues in getting it's financials out in good time. I also understand why we are in this situation and what the company are trying to do and they are certainly not being helped by PKF. I see what you are trying to do though - present me as a rose tinted investor who only sees the good - you are transparent. I try to be balanced in my posts.

I understand the role of the FCA but they also have timeframes. My point is that you leap to conclusions that fly in the face of those rules and I will call you out for doing so.

Bebeto - you have been posting considered posts of late and then you go and leap to conclusions again to spoil it.

The FCA would come under considerable flack if they didn't allow the company to come out of suspension when the audit is produced UNLESS they have exceeded the time frame for the next publication. I strongly suspect that there has been much work behind the teens to tee up the next submission but first they need to get this one out of the way to use the new opening statement.

Ppanchol - the share is suspended because PKF have been dragging their heals in producing the audit - don't confuse issues here.
