Rio is interesting applegarth - they seem to be doing some big share buy backs at the moment - buying time until the next big deal comes along, keeping their shareholders on side? They seem to be big into iron ore - not so much gold in Australia that I can see but I might be wrong. Maybe they see Haverion as the next You Tolgoi play they have going in Mongolia to change all that.

Well worth a couple of listens. In my book GH is a class act and displays all the measured qualities you need in the leader of an exp!oration company of this size with such an abundance of targets.

All - my perspective is that the MM's are taking the SP down on small volumes of sells from PIs who are either panicking or seeing value elsewhere. Nothing has changes here - i don't see big offloads from one the II's which would trigger an RNS. The only thing it has done in my mind is created an averaging opportunity.

Trent. They are restructuring the workforce to meet tomorrow's needs driven by the way in which customers want to do business. This is only the start. I expect in 5 years or less the numbers will be up to a third less again. That's progress....I think....and as I mentioned below this will not be limited to Banking. Let's hope the newly invented jobs arrive sooner than later!!

And Banking is only the tip of the iceberg in our community for digital change. Some bright spark predicted 85% of jobs being undertaken in 2030 are not even invented yet.......hopefully I will be watching by the sideline by then!!
