Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Must be seen as a positive view of the future I would have thought
Problems buying anyone?
Beg to differ when it comes to ECR! You spend a £1,000 including £5 commission on the shares watch over time the cycle of share issues, consolidations and share issues and your holding is worth £10. Then in a fit of enough is enough you sell it for £9 less £5 commission to get £4. Shares bought £995 sold for £9 Loss £986 plus two lots of £5 equals £996 So you end up with over 100% loss! May seem theoretical but I feel I'm speaking from experience.
I saw this early and following two buys the ask had jumped to 1.65 (sadly the bid price didn't move from 1.15). Could this be a sign that the sp is undervalued and that any rns is likely to send GRL flying. One would think that the rising price of gold can only benefit this share. Let's hope so.
Past trends shouldn't be an indicator of future sp although with the current rise it does make me wonder if the rise that seems to occur every January has started early.
Have any of you seen this? http://thinkprogress.org/climate/2015/06/17/3670558/india-makes-huge-solar-commitment-100-gigawatts/ Mega Indian investment in solar. Let's hope Greenko is involved!
Managed to buy at 101.3 hope we have reached the bottom :-)
Buy at 0.4675 was not a sell
on Byotrol, is confidence coming back?
Just got another 32,357 Ask of 3.25 way off the mark and spread is much tighter
for the early birds....
Now only 27p
Like many on this board I am surprised that this share has not at least kept its original Open Offer Price. My surprise is greater because when I was originally given the range of the offer price of between 185p and 265p I naturally thought that this might indicate that the actual value should lie somewhere in between. I'll still hold onto my 400 shares but as for adding to it I think I will wait to see how low she can go.
Sorry Triclosan
Hi sharky, seems to be some inconsistencies with the MSDS. It says in 4) First Aid Mearsures - "Generally the product does not irritate the skin." and in the 11) Toxicological Information - "No irritant effect". I'm not surprised that it would be irritating to the eyes, after all with regular soap you are recommended not to get in your eyes but even so it's still got to be better than Tricolsan and it's effects on hormonal imbalances which was the main point I was making.
I recently saw an article regarding a ban on antibacterial soaps enforced in Minnesota http://www.takepart.com/article/2014/05/25/minnesota-banned-antibacterial-soap?cmpid=ait-fb . The article refers to a chemical called Triclosan which is said to cause hormonal imbalances in animals (and potentially humans too). Concerned, I e-mailed Byotrol who confirmed that "Byotrol do not use Triclosan in any product ranges" My contact at Byotrol also said that Integrated Resources, their agent in the US, would also be "following the developments with regards Triclosan and considering the opportunities being presented". Early days yet but if other states follow the lead of Minnesota...........who knows!
Belly may have a point when mentioning that some may not be aware of the name change. I am with iWeb and they still haven't updated their companies data to incorporate LightwaveRF. As a result I can only turn to this site to get market info. Mind you with the current Bid price the equivalent of 0.96 with JSJS I'm happy to hold until the news gets out and (hopefully) watch it fly.
Only if you preface it with "Well hell-oooo"
@sharematrix in Sept 13 the price was .3 and at the time of the suspension the price was 1.38 but on the day the shares of TVZ did spike I thought more like 1.7p but that's from a poor memory. Certainly it was odd given the previous lack of activity, hence the TVZ Action Group suspicions that something untoward was occurring. Just hope the same isn't happening here. At this rate I may be able to sell my holding at a price of 25p by mid-afternoon!!
I accept your note of caution having experienced a rapid rise in the price of TVZ in the morning only for it to be suspended and the shareholders, myself included, being left with nothing. However, that was on the day the loan extension was terminated whereas this rise is happening two weeks before the loan is due to expire! Interesting times. I've still got a small holding so yes I hope all will be OK for the company and investors alike.
