Can you imagine a positive JV Paragraph update.... that would really shift the SP north. Iv been following Paragraph for some time, and been impressed by how much progress they’ve made on various projects. I bought in once the JV hype went quiet on the pretense the news was late rather than cancelled. Personally Iv been holding on as I don’t think we’ve heard the last of it.

It’s been quiet as per usual other than the news about the second generation panels taking each module up from 300w to 350w. The certification is allegedly underway but won’t get full certification until second half of the year I believe. Maybe there is news coming about the previously delayed contract??? Who knows... certainly not us ;-)

In my experience with contracts and awaiting CE approval, we’ve had to wait for our Contracts/legal teams to review the certification and then the updated contracts need hand signing by multiple people (which can take time depending on place of works) Here’s to hoping we got both tomorrow though!

Directa Plus released today a trading update, announcing a 20% increase in expected revenues.
This comes from positive developments in different verticals: from batteries, thanks to the progression of our partnership with NexTech Batteries, Inc., to the environment. Using Directa Plus’ technologies, a total of c.7,700 cubic metres of emulsion have been treated so far in 2021, recovering c.1,800 tonnes of crude oil; we expect to recover other 2,000 tonnes by the end of Q1 2021.
We worked hard also on face masks, developing a new version of the filter that offers an increased level of protection from viral and bacterial infection, and we are enriching the Capsule Cosmic Collection with two more sportswear items.
We keep pursuing a strategy to gain traction and capture more value in our key vertical markets and at the same time, we are opening a new exciting vertical in the Li-Sulfur battery industry.

Maybe a positive update out of the blue & overdue.

I’m amazed given the huge potential behind the projects were involved with. Seems hugely undervalued to me. Buy the dip and all that!

A bit of momentum this last week..... hmmm

I’m amazed we have not heard anything about the Paragraph JV ... from either company. This was one of the original things that got me interested in VDTK a year ago.

Loving the companies fundamentals and also what I’m reading on here. A question to those who have stuck with it for some time; this a good time to jump on board or is it a case of FOMO given the recent performance?

I think we will hold above £1 as the fundamentals of the company have not changed, in fact quite the opposite. We are seeing positives and getting news of potential continuous future orders. Hold tight. I think we are just seeing some investors taking profits from the recent climb. I’m confident we will be back at £1.4 in the coming 3 months.

Thanks for the posts Sophie1 and Catwith9lives. For the last 8 months Iv always enjoyed reading your posts and thoughts. It’s a shame some people feel they need to blame others rather than look at their own decision making when numbers drop. We are all in the same boat here. Please keep posting.

Its a fair opinion Horseposture and one i currently have little to counter argue with. With Leo Powell on board demonstrating a level of change within the company setup and Follow up orders delayed (not cancelled) i see cautious opportunity of a bounce. That being said i don't expect it will be an easy ride.

Seems to me like the remainder of 2021 will be a very important year for VDTK. It’s important to remember that we are in a global pandemic and this very obviously will affect customers government funding because of the sector we are in. As the vaccine gets rolled out and the green markets gather momentum VDTK must secure some sales and start updating SH. If we get to late 2021 and we are still struggling for sales with little communication, I will be questioning my Hold.
That being said if we hear positive news of the Paragraph JV and we get just a couple of good sales with the potential of expansions, I can see the SP get back to 15 by mid/late 21. We at least in a much better position with our Debt of late, so some green shoots.

First time posting and first time investing. I took the time to look over many companies and sectors before selecting DCTA as one of my few. Really excited about this one as we have so many hands reaching for profit, some of which have huge potential. Well done to those that got in early. Glad ive joined you all for the ride.
