Predictions for today folkes?
I’m thinking steady at .33 throughout the morning with a rise in the afternoon ahead of 5pm assay results RNS.

It’s probably more likely than we think RedTrade. If I was the CEO of Suzhou I wouldn’t be waiting around whilst someone dragged their feet. We’re talking about the Chinese here. I reckon it’s an absolute possibility.
My price point would be above 2p for a buy out

I do echo Jonnys question about Suzhou sneaking >50% though. What would happen? Would they force through a cheap sale to themselves to make the company private?

I can’t see that happening to be honest… I think it much likelier that we will get good Assays, progress with the DFS until completion early 23 and then who knows. It could get huge quickly from there.

Alternatively Suzhou could be challenged with a better deal and forced to match. If it’s a big boy like Ganz or Rio that puts an offer down, we could see an explosion of the SP at any time.
I can’t see this doing anything but rise tbh, just a matter of how much time is required.

I have to be honest Profit, I was fully expecting the TR1 RNS at 07:00 this morning which would have shed some light on the situation.
I’m really excited about the Assay results though. Whilst I suspect we won’t get as many results as we want, I foresee good grades and more results coming in at a faster pace as GR puts the £12m to work.
Such a cheap stock for those who can see the end game.
I suspect by now many of the STHs are out now that the ‘big takeover’ is off the cards, which means we are building from a solid base of .33

Thanks for the link Profit. Will be interesting to see what happens to the SP on opening given a number of different theories about the increase in shares at a premium.
I do wonder what impact it may have if they announce more that the 13% though? Have they maybe been buying at a lower price also?
Would be positive in my view as it would put more pressure on GR to deliver quickly.

Interesting read from RR particularly that weekly sales are occurring. Obviously these will be small sales but they help fight the cash burn.
What are SH’s long term goals here?

I’d love to close at .4 tomorrow but let’s be honest…. The fact GR sold shares ‘at a premium .4’ doesn’t that suggest even GR doesn’t value us at .4 right now? So why would SH’s?

I think we all want that, but I think we will float around .32 and .35 until we see actual progress.
Assay results may bear some fruit but nothing major.
Thankfully I can’t see it drifting too much, given a majority of holders are seemingly med/long term given we’ve consolidated down from the dizzy heights of 0.5
Your a brave investor if you drop out though. I still think there is a strong chance of a hostile takeover…. Huge resource… poor SH confidence in CEO…. High mineral demand. The scene is set imo

Interesting take on the year or so ahead Snow.
I agree with most points however personal view is that 1st mine build won’t be until mid 2023. I have no doubt there will be delay and complications that slow the expedited mine build. I’m also setting the expectation that DFS will complete end of 22 imo
All in all though, give or take a few months, .4p is a bargain. That I’m sure, everyone can align on

Excitement is building here… breakout just around the corner. Just topped up. This could be the last chance for super cheap shares.
With a £10.8m receipt of payment and good -to- great assay results, what are SH’s expecting we will open up at tomorrow?

Agree JohnnyPC, If GR is intent on holding Assays rather than drip feeding then he’s only doing what he said right?
I’m feeling really positive about this. News today or tomorrow on the remaining £10.8m balance, buying pressure since last Friday afternoon and a back log of Assay results to be shared.
Il be amazed if PREM have been sharing positive pictures and commentary about the cores, unless they are getting positive results back from the labs to support this.
We’re in a good place here. Sure it will never happen as quick as SH’s want but that’s life.

Not too new, been in PREM for well over a year.
I think is important I point out that I was only suggesting an outline plan for the 1.2m not a detailed plan for the 12m….
I’ve certainly seen enough to know we’re not that lucky!

Assay results have to come soon. I appreciate weekly is not necessary but with the recent addition of drill rigs pre-12m deposit I would certainly expect something more by now… but hey…. This is the PREM rollercoaster ha ha

The 1.2m landed in PREMs account on 11th which Is just over a week ago. I think between now and Friday we should see some form of outline plan for the 1.2m.
Let’s be clear, GR won’t have sat down on 12th and thought… ‘how shall I spend this?’
He will have had a plan, and I’m expecting him to share this plan within a respectful timeframe of two weeks.
Asking too much? Probably.. but that’s where I’m at.
Happy to hear thoughts on other expectations.
