Looking forward to today. My prediction is majority buys early morning with a steady increase to .42 afternoon time. No doubt a few dips to keep the nervous on edge.

Thanks Boris. I wondered if it could be that PH were not playing by the rules should it be a hostile takeover. (Purely speculation here everyone)
It would seem strange to TR1 and state your intentions to be hostile. Better to ask for forgiveness then permission style.
I personally have never been involved in a share with a potential hostile takeover so interested to hear thoughts from the board

Hi all,
Regarding purchasing large amounts of shares in a company - I thought each single percentage change beyond 3% had to be declared on a TR1 which resulted in an RNS. Could someone enlighten me as to why we might not have seen one yet when certain media’s are reporting PH recently collated 30%?
Or am I mistaken on the TR1 triggers?

I nearly sold at the bottom but then I remembered that the good news is coming and if I miss this once in a blue moon multibagger I’d be annoyed for the rest of my life. So I stayed strong and await the next exciting RNS. You can’t argue with the assets we control… SP bouncing between news is just noise and a way of making the rich richer.
