Bick - If creating and signing the JV details takes 3-6 months, let’s hope we’re at least 3 months deep in that.
Certainly agree the creation and agreeing of JV details is not a straight forward contract, and yes we should auction off Zulu and use the funds to explore the EPO and secure future years of expansion.

My guess is a steady continuation of the trend towards .5
I’d hazard a guess there will be no RNS this morning which could spook some STH who were hoping to catch a quick RNS rise.

Looking to finish on .49 without news IMHO.

Going to see a 0.5 today as people realise just how well things are shaping up. Possible RNS tomorrow

It would be very interesting so know what Peels angle is right now. Huge buys for days, then a pause whilst SP is 0.5, followed by buys in the dip, only to stop again.
Wonder if they have accrued what they need/intended.
Will also be interesting to see how tomorrow pans out.

Thought it worth summarising last night/today for those finishing work and wondering what the heck happened today after the apparent P&D.

Firstly Noykluk kindly provided an excellent post informing everyone that the huge SP drop yesterday was due to ‘Absolute Market Abuse’ by certain individuals. This was shared further on Twitter, see here:

PREM started the morning at 0.38p rallying easily up to 0.44p followed by a 0.47p high, settling down to COP at 0.45p… a mere 28% up.
IMO this SP recovery clearly starts to reflect PREMs assets and potential £££’s as diligent PI’s and II’s scrambled to get the bargain basement prices. To this point, it has proven PREM ‘was not and is not’ a Pump & Dump.

Unfortunately, throughout the day rumours of a Placing continued to circulate, no doubt putting off potential investors. As expected by PREM LTH’s Mr Roach CEO delivered a clear message to Share Holders, which in summary told the market to focus on fact not rumour, squashing any rumour of a Placing:

Given the SP is currently.43 and probably the most stable it’s been in 2 weeks, I wonder what the day traders will do from here. Possible JV RNS Friday according to SK… Tomorrow I suspect will be a mix of diligent investors buying and yesterday’s dip buyers selling keeping a stable price around the .45mark. Possible creep to .5p
It’s all to play for here.

Keeping this share on my radar to buy in again at some point, but have to ask: does anyone know why no financials have been released? This is crazy right?
Also I think a date against the JDP phase 3 would support a SP rise.
