The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I believe we will see huge volume traded once the deal is agreed and GR’s shares confirmed as sold/churned. This is holding many back.
A decent deal would look like 100% offtake for a longer period at discount with small deliveries accepted early one. If this is the only cost, then we should see .8p pretty quickly.
Interested to hear others thoughts, especially after GR said Canmax not interested in Prem shares.

My take and resulting assumption is that SP will rise today upon news of new deal with Canmax. GR will use this to rise to raise the £2m shares over the course of the week until the deal is announced late this week or mid next week.
I’m looking forward to understanding the cost of the deal and STARK’s next failed promise.

Good news. I sincerely hope that GR does not need to activate the full 5bln shares to satisfy Canmax ‘payment’
I’ve said it all along and il say it again, there will be a cost to the new timeline… we await Monday to hear what he offered them in advance of their vote and leniency.
Well done Gr and all of us holders with balls of steel. Impossible to guess what the SP will do until we know the deal. Please keep meeting updates coming. Currently watching this board from sunny Cyprus.

I’m of the opinion that circa 20+ % of votes won’t be cast (due to the many holding a few) and therefore Prem need Canmax’s vote to pass.
I do however think they are going to get Canmax votes due to a deal that has already been agreed behind closed doors.

Acker - great news on Li3 project. Surprised we don’t see timely tied RNS’ between both companies…. But tbh, I’m more pleased with the news. This WILL help Canmax talks and it makes Prem a more desirable partner. You know Canmax will be discussing Li3 ‘first dibs’ as part of the deal.

Morning all. As we wait for the news I do wonder how Canmax will vote given they are back at the table? Maybe GR is requesting they show solidarity by voting in favour? Maybe they also need a favourable outcome as they stand to take X bn shares as part of the deal. Remember, Prem will not get something for nothing.
Just a thought. GLA

Markuspd & Lav - the pneumatic optical sorters prem have do look really cool, but if you want to be really impressed by optical sorters, take a look at how they work on huge volumes of grains of rice! Not only do they go through at a hell of a rate with discoloured grains rejected, the machine counts every single grain…. The brain boggles! 🙂 And they been around for over a decade!

Another interesting day ahead. Investors should note, nothing is signed with Canmax, so we are still on the ropes… but yesterday’s message was one of hope, and resilience. A very positive rns in my view and clearly the markets too.
Imo a new deal will still ‘cost’ Prem something. Investors should be prepared that the new deal will involve ‘give and take.’ Anyone thinking Prem will get a load of cash and time for free should post their view on the Canmax shareholder board…. There will be a cost, but clearly GR is not willing for that cost to be weighed firmly in Canmax favour. Keep negotiating GR. GLA

Acker - yes strange. My VOX markets app shows nothing for Prem too.
PM01 - thanks for sharing.
Watcher - you clearly have an agenda to trade here. This is positive that Canmax are clearly serious about being involved. Plant making small steps forward. Stop spreading FUD. You did the exact same thing on the last RNS.

The information coming from Stark seems to suggest the UV sorting is working very well and that there is a clear colour differential between passed and rejected materials.
Are we over the peak of the mountain we have been climbing since hot commissioning? News this week I believe. GLA

I think I called the Prem interview pretty well yesterday morning. Was as expected with no specifics.
Next rns will be interesting as I can see Canmax walking away after the 10days of friendly negotiations and Stark confirming they won’t produce and SC6 this month.
GR did not look confident when asked about production and outright refused to answer. Is his confidence and patience in Stark wearing thin? Mine is. GLA

I agree Mark can afford to push GR harder. I can also understand why Mark has to tread carefully as to keep Prem on his side and not lose their exclusivity/preference. Stockbox are only a small company and i get the feeling they need Prem more than Prem need them.
Ultimately, GR has a duty to inform shareholders of Grades and such, and he is knowingly keeping this from us. There is no reason for us not knowing grades at this stage circa 3/4 months from Hot Commissioning. But regardless, we deserve to know details of today, and plans for tomorrow, as you eluded to..... he needs to sell it to us, but by being honest.
