Now I wouldn’t be surprised to see MM actively encouraging a takeover of THG remain business for £1+ ASAP.

Then he could walk away with big money and be left with his baby ingen . After all his heart has never really been in THG all the time he has to answer to shareholders has it.

Look we all kept on about how ingen should be split off but we all thought we would get something for it in return, but the truth has always been it was losing money from the start.

But now it's gone and it was always going to be passed, so let's now look forward to THG remain SP going back up.

I guess MM will have his very large bottle of champers ready and be quick to tell us how happy he is to take ingen off our hands for almost nothing. So bring on the buy back and let's see the SP go back to 80p asap

I think that if you looked closer all those 1m buys were also off-set by -1m sells. so they were either all just mistakes that should have been just the 1m buy today or games being played.

Where have you been for the last 2 months. It's too late now anyway the date for doing something has long gone.

Don't worry because for doing nothing you will /should end up with the same number of THG shares you had before.

So out of interest,what is /was MM latest % holding in THG?.

If it is was about 30% and gets 1 for 1 in the new ingen company he will still end up with the majority of ingen and even after giving up 10-13% of THG he will still be the majority holder in remain so how do we get him out. Knowing him he will still want control of both.

Yes this also explains the very large buy volumes yesterday, and maybe something might at last come out of this.

If it's 13% or 15% from a raise price of 49p. We are all expecting at least 57p from day 1 and then on to 80p by end of Jan.

I am sure we all think MM has pulled a quick one here and stolen part of this business for himself for almost nothing, because he thinks he's brighter than most.

But little does he know that there are many in the city much wiser and brighter than him and this could go belly up for MM and he lose out on the lot with his games.

OK I guess he will have a very large % of ingen while hopping to keep control of THG , but why just why would people like MA only put in £10m into THG without thinking he will bid for the rest very soon. Been looking at these again for a while now and almost bought, but are we about to see a big drop in SP the same as shoe who are predicting a big drop in sales and profits this year.

Good morning Pogo, I must agree with you that at some point there will be less shares and the SP should go up by about 8%.

But is / has that started to happen because we haven't seen any sign of it yet, or will the SP adjust at the end of the buy backs and when they are cancelled .????

LD1973, I think it's all down to play safe or gamble.

If you do nothing at least you will still have the same number of shares in THG and with luck they could / should start to go up in the months to come.

Or you gamble on the new ingen business with no control or certainty of getting the same or any of your money back in the short term but maybe get a bigger return in 3-5 years time. Play safe or gamble. !!!!!!

How can they now issue an RNS with up dated articles relating o the new ingen company at this late stage.you think they would have issued it a week or so ago giving everyone time to go through it. But hey that's the way the work.
