What's the point of not it's going through anyway and the only real option to get the SP up to 70p-80p in the short term.

Not taking any ingen shares to sit on for god knows how long while at the same time reducing my standard amount of shares. The quicker this is done the quicker we move .

So to put this in simple terms for any / all long term holders.

For us holding over the years you can expect nothing extra , apart from holding your current shares and hoping they go up in value, you can take some new shares in ingen where you will have no control or have to wait maybe years to get your money back, at the same time of taking the new shares you will lose a number of your current shares.

This is our company as we own it but it's being spun off for almost nothing and we get almost nothing for it.

Where as MM almost gets his private company for peanuts. But how can it be MM 's private company with all these big investors taking a share, surely MM will never get full control without again buying them out first.

So Kim, your now saying I will lose 10% of my current shares then if I am lucky my current shares could go up 13%

The deal says 1 for 1, in my book that means if I have 100,000 current shares I should get 100,000 new shares not 1 for 10.

So let me get this right, if I decide to take my ingen share 1 for 1 I will still hold my current number of B shares say 100,000 and 100,000 of new ingen shares, then after the de merger my B shares should improve by approx 13%'

But if I decide not to have my free new ingen shares I will still have my 100,000 B shares and they will still go up approx 13%. No brainer take the new free share and see what happens as I have lost nothing.

Yes I get the opposite to dilution and total number of shares on issue etc, but where is the pay back for all the long term holders. If you don't go with the new ingen you get NO real benefit from the deal apart from a SP uplift of about 13% in price with a little bit of luck.

But then you still subject to market fall which could be 15% the next day while the value in ingen could be much higher in the long term but you may never be able to get your money back.

We might as well just play the market.

There seems to be so many different views on this, I thought that is you decided to NOT take the new ingen shares and stayed with Ord (B) shares you will get about 13% extra shares added to your current total.

Now some are saying do nothing even deciding you don't want the ingen shares and you will get NO new shares just added value of 13% to your shares . But if that's the case the SP could go down by 15% the next day and you will be out of pocket. All strange views.

Navek13, so if that is true and we don't want to go with ingen we don't even need to make our choice or return anything we will just see our share value go up by 13%.

Can't see many / any not voting for this can you, otherwise the SP will plummet .

So I wonder when the offer details will be with the / our brokers to make our choices .??

Ryanf, So your saying you get nothing more if you don't partake, I think that's wrong you get an approx extra 13% of current shares added to your current count.

Yes I know I am, as expected the deal is really about pushing as many as possible to ingen.

But if as planned we move to a better market the shares should go back up to 70p-80p and then with another 13% we shouldn't be too bad off.

A much better long term bet with ingen if you can ever get your money back.

So after all this time we still don't know just how many new ordinary B shares we will get, it looks like being what about 13% but that will change depending on just how many take up the new ingen shares etc.

I would say wishy washy at best.

Looks like they are getting ready for an announcement tomorrow for split and details.

But NOT today

No firm confirmation on anything, all just speculation again and this will fall back until 6 months down the line a possible bid might come forward.
