So shoe zone had total rev of £160m for the year but foot has already had total rev for 44 weeks to Dec end of £200m, so we could be looking at say £220m for 52 weeks.
Now that is doing very very well, and the profit should start to come in when we stop opening new stores.

Even shoe zone reported sales increase with 8p divi, could do with some of that next year.

I see today that even shoe zone has had sales increase and a divi of 8p, we could do with some of that next year.

We all know that when a company pays a divi the divi price comes off the sp but after that date the sp normally starts going back up to the original sp level.
So I guess the 10p -15p will come off the sp but should then build again to maybe 25p -30p over the next 2 months, and if the bod's announce some sort of sale the price could go up to 35p -40p, depends what the deal is.

Could be 7p+ by up-date on Thursday.

Just what is GD going to do after pfd, he must be considered as a failure with his top job at pfd and will NOT look good on his CV for anything he applies for in the uk. Maybe he could look for a shop floor job somewhere else, but then again he has amassed so many cheap / free pfd hares he could sell them and make a bid for pfd his self.

Reading many of your posts on different companies they all seem to be negative with doom and gloom, can you never see any positive sides or are you just shorting everywhere.

The difference is that Footasylum is still building a business by still opening more stores and driving sales higher for pay back in 1-2 years. But the online business is growing faster than instore like most other retailers, Debs online should be higher to.

I guess anything is possible, it seems that Brandes has about 13% and investec has about 15% following the placing to raise £100m ish.
Going by the last 2 rns's the bod's have put in a turn round plan that they say is working so I guess it all depends on the next rns up-date in a few weeks to see if that is continuing, and if it is the debt will be down, the loss should be down as that was down to right downs. so maybe things could be much better and in that case the sp should start to rise and the chance of a takeover would look much better at around the 20p- 30p before the sp takes off.

But the bod's are building a business and have most of the costs up front in opening the stores, in 1-2 years time they will be raking it in with luck.

I think vog could be looking for $100m from their investors shortly. !!!!!!!

So far we have had both Aldi and Morrisons showing real growth over the Christmas period and someone must be supplying them with the products. If pfd does then things might be looking up with greater pfd sales.

Why would I have sold any Debs today, it's just down and ups and the sp will finish about the same approx 5.30 or even 6p today.
Once the trading up-date is out this week we could be looking at say 10p again, and all the bad news / doom and gloom will be in the past.
But still think vog have much more infor to give out that will give the sp a boost or a big drop with a placing, so will just sit on the sidelines for another few weeks I think.

Still not convinced it's the right time to invest, this looks like going back down again to maybe 15 p -20p before it starts to move up.

Yes same here, I have put enough in here over the years and just glad to be getting some back.

The only dissapointing bit about this rns is that for all the long term investors they should have said to all on the reg as at 4th Jan, then it would have been more of a waiting bonus.
But now it will be for all those that buy in now to make a quick buck, and that just pays new investors. Bad move .

That could give us back about 50p a share if we play it right and that helps.

Great bit of news for a change, there will be many investors buying in now to get the 15p so I expect the sp to go up maybe 10p before the 19th Jan and then to drop back when everyone sells at 35p.
Still a great extra bonus.
