Just do you keep trying to make things personal there's no point. So let's just clear this up I have over £100k invested in other shares so under £5k in Debs is neither here or there, and I don't give a fig what you think about debs.
Now vog, you said you did lots of research on vog so you have / must have read all the info I put down from their rns's , which does leave some questions.

No you got that wrong again, I said I bought shares in Debs at under £5k and I am fine with that it's not your concern because I am not worried in that at all and you seem to be more worried than me.
Just come back to vog.

2017 Oct an Equity Placing
2013 Feb an issue of Equity
2011 Sept an Equity Placing.
2010 Nov Fund raising.
2010 Sept an Equity Placing.
2010 March a Placing.
Still Not making a profit
So we are about due another 1 now.
Is that a fair look at history and their finances !!!!

Looking as these we see that turnover /rev in 2017 was $25.5m , Loss $10m, Debt $13.1m and that was with the eneo contracts etc.
Rev for 6 months 2018 was about a third with debt at $18.6m. So if 2019 rev goes back to say $15m with part eneo vog get 60% with the split so what $10+m, is there any profit from that and then they have to start paying back debt and find money for developement. might be difficult.

Good move by Foo, but looking back over the years of rns when has the company given out another rns so soon after 1 a few weeks ago week.
I recon they have almost agreed terms and price of 10p - 15p and are now desperate to keep the sp above that so the palcing will look a better deal. If the sp drops to 10p - 15p before the rns is out there is no way of getting the placing away.Also looks like many posters have seen straight throgh this rns and Foo's plans.
So what's the point of buying in now, you might as well wait until the sp drops or the placing comes out.

Today Philip Green is also going to try and get big rent reductions from his landlords.
It looks like a number of these property landlords are going to be confronted on all sides by most / many main retailers,
and if they don't agree some reductions they may / could end up in court again like mothercare and carpet right did to win their fights.

Good god just how sad is that.
You have done your research, you think the sun shines out of vog **** , you are going to make money
etc etc etc and yet YOU are right and everybody else has the wrong view because you have invested money that you might lose.
Get over it, you have made a bad choice so far and it could get worse. None of us realy care if you make money or lose money it's your choice . BUT let others have their say and views and stop making it personal if they dissagree with you. Simple.
You may have researched vog for years and invested for years but you don't give that impression, it comes over to many that you have just started and not learned much yet. Under your current log in name you have only posted on 3 companies but mainly vog until you tried to get at me on Debs, but hey I don't give a fig, just respect that other might know more than you and have a different view.

We all know that buying shares is a gamble no matter what we all like to think, we buy shares on the news that comes out of some of these companies hoping it’s fairly true and prospects look better, or we think they will be better down the line.
Many / most of us both make and lose money when information comes out after we have bought or sold and in those terms we have made mistakes. So many change their views of a company and its prospects a little down the time line.
Most of the problems are NOT the investor but the companies and their bod’s who either put out misleading information or hold back vital information from rns’s to delay any bad reaction to that information or where the bod’s has another plan which they do not want to get out until they are ready.
So it’s perfectly possible for many positive investors can change to negative investors but some posters try to turn all this into being personal.
So by all means read the posts and reply but why not respect that all posters can make or lose their own money and they can have different views which might be the opposite to others.

You have no idea of what else I am invested in,how much I have made or lost over 10-20 years, so stop worrying it's not your concern.
It doesn't matter what research or how much research is done by me or others you will know that every investor takes a gamble.
Or are you saying only invest in companies where the sp will only go up. Get real otherwise why have you bought Vog.

After re-reading the last rns , there are a number of costs that have to be found to complete their targets.
The existing GDC infrastructure, with proximity to Matanda, will allow new discoveries to be delivered to industrial users efficiently and promptly. A minimum work programme obligation of one exploration well, plus seismic reprocessing is to be completed in the first 2 years of the assignment following the Presidential Decree.
So what’s the cost of 1 drill and seismic tests etc $30-$40m
The Company is continuing to explore financing options for the drilling programme, including a potential farm-down of the asset, to fund further development.
CNG
Design, engineering and cost estimation has now been completed which demonstrates feasibility for an initial project to build a 2mmscfd CNG plant in Douala for CNG distribution. Negotiations with customers on offtake agreements are in progress which, on signature will enable the project to kick off.
As of yet NO costs shown but must be £2m+

I couldn't agree more, Sain has been going on for weeks that the landlords will just not more why would they. Well we all know now that Debs has many different landlords with 1-2 -6- and maybe as many as 20 stores each which is different to what sain version is and that they have debs by the ****** and it won't work.
As I have said before if landlords face a store closure etc and have to start paying rates they will have no choice but to talk and give in a little , but that's all we need across the board.
We could be getting some up-dates very soon, and then the sp will be back up to 10p no trouble.

There is currently no set date for the next up-date apart from year end numbers, but they are already in talks with landlords and the banks for new loans and rent reductions so good news could come through at any time, maybe even next week.
That's why this could move up very fast at any time.

You keep going on about Debs being short of cash and their suppliers having to pay proforma for stock.
Well with everything that's been going on with debs I am sure there must be some posters on here that work for some of their suppliers and it would be great to find out if that is true.
Because I think that's a lot of old tosh and Debs is still generating enough cash and profit to turn this business around.

I hate to say this but it looks like it's dawning on the city that vog will not be able to get away a placing at 15p - 20p when the sp is already trading at below 20p.
So maybe vog could be looking at a placing at 10p - 15p now, but it also looks like the longer they take to decide the lower the sp will be. But only my view.

Could be 15p this week, still a few hrs to go yet.

Yes 45p a share is a very small / cheap price to pay for blvn when you think of what they have in hand. Just how much would a big oil company have to spend in first obtaining a field and then spend drilling it to come out with what they have already confirmed in the ground etc.
What £300m - £400m , some come on I can see a big deal being done here very soon.

We just need a few good days of more buys than sells and then it should start to turn the corner up-wards.

Yes but the major point here is that most ex-wives come back and bite you in the ar*** for more cash, where as with blvn we hope to get more cash back from them. But like all splits ,it's all in the small print !!!!!!!
