If you know anything about vog , it's that they will simple change the rules to suit them with a agm etc.
If it's just 35m shares at 10p then there will have to be another placing within weeks/ months.

Everyone knows. Shore C have been the house brokers for the last 2-3 years.

How can anyone believe a word you say when you say the last broker rating was in 2018, but when asked for confirmation you say it was numis the house broker but that was 2015. Get your facts right and stop misleading other posters. You must keep up with what's going on now not what happened a few years ago.

Looks like being way back in 2016, so maybe many brokers never though vog would still be here.

With everything that has been going on with vog over the last few years, their trading future looks less secure now than iever before. could be 10p by weekend.

I think this move by British Land proves that many landlord have accepted that retailers will be paying less rents in the future, and the quicker they agree them the better it will be all round. 25% less rent would be a great help for Debs.

Why hasn't foo come out with an rns saying there is NO truth in the press article, I am sure any other company would do so if it was untrue.
The longer they leave it the lower the sp will go.the market needs clarity.

So if debs are going bust why has JPM just bought 6% ?

I guess it all depends on just how much money vog need to keep going , and that will help them decide how many shares they need to place.
If they need about £15m to run their business then they would need to place about 150m shares at 10p or 1 for 1.
If it's less shares than that say to raise £5-£10m just how long does that money need to last before vog can stand on it's own legs again .

Good grief Paulson is buying again and increased his stake to 7%.
What does he know?

looking back at the rns history we see vog has issued all these shares.
If you want to go back and count them up I think you will find it's a lot.

Still Not making a profit
So we are about due another 1 now.

Didn't vog issue some 430m extra shares in 2010 !!!!

I am happy to see all / any buys in vog and wish them all the best, it doesn't matter to me as I am not invested in this company, and will continue to do more research so I don't lose any money if/ when I do invest.. I am also happy to post my views and any press articles i see that might help other posters.

Who knows what's going to happen, there will be many LTH that will say that's it I have had enough and sell at 15p- 16p while they can. There will be some LTH that will just sit it out and wait for the rise and posters like Banjomick and PB will try to be positive and push it up, but what will the city do ?
I guess they will mark this down first thing to what 12p or below and then it could drift until vog come out with some sort of rns, but it doesn't look good.

So what do you think vog needs in terms of money to keep going this year..
Debt plus money to fund drilling and running costs etc must be about £30m - £50m, so that's 150m - 250m shares at 16p ish or 350m -550m at 10p ish. They could do a 4 for 1 at 10p- 15p giving them about 650m shares on issue so about 10p or less on the market.
This will be interesting.
