Your talking about debs landlords again, the other day you were saying a number of their landlords have been sold / bought by others, I asked you how you know this and where is a / the list showing all debs landlords and who has sold / bought. Until you show us the lists then clearly you don't have all this info that you say you know. Help the rest of us know what's going on.

OK let's talk with a straight bat.
As I have said before I am NOT that poster.
I am not yet invested in vog but I am thinking about it at the right price.
After reading all the info about just how much cash vog have and how long it could last, I still think there is / could be more cash needed and because the bod's have not yet bought more shares I think this could still go to 15p or LESS. So yes I want it to go lower.
When if that happens I might buy in.
At least I am not a shorter because then with other shorters this could go much lower.
Is that straight enough for you.

Only going by what I have read on here, is that info not correct then because other posters / investors have said so.
Have many other over the years not invested in this at prices well over £2.00 in the past, and has it not gone down some 90%.?

No I haven't bought into flyb, and yes I think debs is currently down some 50% from my small buy but I hear many long termers in here bought in at over £2.50 - £3.00 so they must be over 90% down, with much more money tied up.
I hope you are not one of them because you must be thousands down.

Yes I have read somewhere that they will get some £350m for their Danish business , and have almost agreed new 10year banking.

So just how do you know this, is there a list of all Debs stores and who the landlords are for each store, if so please post it. Otherwise this must be just a guess.Please post facts so we all can see.

It's funny isn't it that when someone blames the shorter's for a lot of the problems, it's always the shorters that come back with every possible reason why it 's NOT their fault. It's the company , it's the directors etc etc.
If I am correct there is still about 10% of Debs being shorted and these large and small shorters just want to make money and sod the company and workers, it's a very sad position all round.

I think this could be more than embarrassing if they go under due to running out of money.

No individual poster is to blame for the sp drop, we all know that the shorter's are totally to blame for the scare tatics involved here in an attempt tp drive debs under and have the cost of thousands of jobs etc just for their own profit.
Once these shorter's smell blood there is no way of stopping them.
I hope this turns the corner and many of the shorter's lose their shirts.
Regardless of if we are holders or not at the time.

It's good to see todays volume ending the day with more buys than sells even after all the scare stories being posted on here.OK the sp is down but with the higher volume of buys that could be the shorters buying back in.
Just how many other days have seen some 50+m shares traded. Let's hope Tuesday could see a big rise.

So just how long do you think the BOD's will make the market wait for some sort of up-date with any asset sale or rent reduction info.
I don't think the BOD's has weeks to just let the sp drift down more, If rent talks are still going on then the BOD's could say something like they expect some sort of result within 2-4 weeks and new bank agreements by end of Feb.
Then that would stop the rot and the sp could start to move up.It's just no good to let this run for another few weeks with NO info.

At this stage it's all just a guess until there is some sort of rns, but that doesn't mean 90 shops overnight they have already said they will close 50 over a 5 year plan so maybe that plan for 90 shops could be over 5-8 years.
I expect we will / could get all that info in the next rns in a few weeks.

I am ready to invest but not until I see the BOD'S invest some of their own money and the sp gets back to 15p ish where I think I might stand a chance of making some money.

Too many posters have already written debs off, and I think that is too soon.

You can't be serious It would cost DEBS a fortune to extricate themselves from leases on 50% of their stores unless they do it under a CVA umbrella

What do you think landlords are going to do surrender the leases without a substantial premium ?

I don't think many posters know just how many landlords there are, If debs had 1-3 landlords controlling all their stores then it could be a harder task, but there could be 10 - 20 landlords in total and I would have thought many of them would welcome some rent reduction than an empty shop.
As debs have already said they are in talks with landlords and NOT threats that could yeild results and that must be better even though it might take a little longer.Too many posters have alredt written debs off, and I think that too soon.

Yes but could be £55m - £60m on Monday to start with.

Why would debs be put into admin at this stage, they are still making a profit, they have assets to sell if they need to raise cash. so why would the banks / bond holders force debs into adimn and possibly lose millions when they don't have to yet.
They have come in at about the numbers they said they would they have again confirmed they will still come in for year end art projected numbers and they are still within their bank / debt level.
We all know MA is doing his damdest to break debs into giving him control but the only way he will get debs is by paying say 35p- 50p to take them over, and he knows it.
Let's keep calm and sit tight for another few weeks, all could still come good.
