I have been looking at more past history and old rns's , and it looks to me that whenever they release their rns's the sp seems alway to drop down more. Why is that?
Also many of the old rns's seem filled with fantasy info that never seems to come true, Why is that.
Just more questions.

So is that it, vog has had 3 rns’s over the last few weeks and everyone was expecting some great things out of them and a good reason for the sp to start rising to say 25p and the hope of some now investing into vog.
But all they have done is confirm our thoughts and fears regarding needing more money, diluting the company more and high-lighting more problems and even bigger questions.
So should I now invest, NO !!!!!
It looks like some of these coming problems will drop the sp even more.
So back on the side lines to see what comes next.

Until now it looks like you were the only one.

It never pays to put someone in that position just save money when they don't have the qualities / foresight or experience to carry it out.

Goodness, for the first time in days / weeks we have more buys than sells. Is this the start of the turn round.

The Group continues to hold discussions with third parties regarding the potential disposal of its Ambrosia brand and the Board will provide further updates in due course.
Looks like a possible buyer there somewhere.

Just look at Debs where MA has had 30% stake for the last 1-2 years and he has not been allowed any say up until now.

But just because nissin has 20% stake that doesn't mean they have any say in what's going on or where the company go from here.
There are now clearly a number of interested parties in the mix for Ambrosia and let's hope they get £200m+ for that and it's sorted within the next 3 months. That could also be why Nissin or Oasis hasn't made any movement on pfd until Ambrosia is taken out of the mix.
If they sell Ambrosia for £200m+ that should come off the debt.

The bod's must have plenty of tenacity and total control and confidence of what's going on OR no idea of what to do etc.
Surely at some stage they must come out with some sort of statement of where this is going or they will have the business pull away from under them. How long does it take for them to get some agreement regarding rents and bank loan etc.

So let's just see if the sp can slowly work it's way back up to 25p - 30p by mid Feb.
The BOD's must still think this company is worth another 40p+ when a deal is put together.

The Group's Trading profit and adjusted earnings per share expectations for FY18/19 remain unchanged and Net debt at the year end is expected to be lower than the prior year. The rate of Net debt reduction is likely to be lower than the prior year,

So if everyone agrees that vog need more money the question is what is the placing price going to be 10p - 15p and who is going to take it.
Also what is the vog gb board that has just turned up with no info or posts on it. Is that board going to replace this board and start afresh.?

Looks like they have also taken down all the old rns's as well. Now no one knows what's been going on.

Well that's the way to get rid of any posts you don't like and take down any negative posts, Take down the lot and start afresh.
So it looks like vog will need more money but the question is just how much do they need and at what price will they have a placing and who will take it. 10 p - 15p.??

Didn't the law change the other year where if a building is empty now the landlord has to pay the council rates, against the position that before the change a building could stand empty and the landlord didn't have to pay the council rates.

Was out last year on the 16 th Jan, today so should be this week.

Everyone keep saying what's going on why haven't the bod's come out with more info as there must be something wrong. Well just like then the bod's kept stoom and did not panic in the end come out with an up-date pretty much bang on what they said. well we are in the same position we all know they are in discussions with landlords and will put out an rns with more info when the time is right.
I guess until then the bod's will not panick and just carry on doing what they think is right. Maybe just maybe they have it all under control with the banks and it's just the pi's panicking.

you keep posting this info but the trouble is the city and possible new shareholders just don't have any faith in what the bod's are putting forward. Otherwise many more people and the bod's would be buying the shares.
