Hi there Seightsaccount, you could be correct with the Liberty view point. There has been lots of ideas etc about the so called 100ml shares deal this week , but as far as I can see it didn't say it was a buy or sell deal so couldn't have been Liberty unloading their shares and we still await news of that deal or what has happened.

So why is it you that keeps posting on here?

The reason we haven't had an RNS so far is because, the 100ml deal has been done as a first part buy by an American company to buy out ITV which the government has agreed to but ITV cannot announce an RSN Until UK and US announce a trade deal later today.

And NO RNS today so any proof of this 100ml shares deal can't be true or important in terms of any holder going over 3% or adding to a higher holding of a current holder.

Could just be make believe again by someone, but I guess we will /could see a big jump in SP if true.

Good morning all. So all this talk of a 100ml shares yesterday, so where are they shown as traded they don't show up on the days traded shares etc and I can't see anything about that trade anywhere.

Grateful for any more info. or is this just speculation again.

I think the majority of us are if we are lucky down 50%+ and have all said at some point, I will sell out and make back the loss on something else.

But honestly many of us have said and done this with other shares and if we are honest just how many then find they don't make the loss back and even lose more by doing that.

I like many are down thousands and again if we are honest most pi's are lucky now days to make a few grand a year so unlikely to make a big loss back. Now thinking we all know Thg is under valued so better to buy more at 25p ish and then sell at 35p-40p while still holding the current holding. Life is a big gamble anyway and it's probably better to buy more or just hold longer than sell at a loss. Hey we are all different and no one really knows what to do with Thg now.

Because I don't think admin are working over the weekend, you might find this banned again on Tuesday when they return to work.

So AGM is on the 13th May, any chance they will confirm any takeover / merger talks with other parties or just confirm nothing is going on at that meeting.

I have for the last few months thought APN would try to take thg over at anything under 40p with say 75p offer, what a good move that would make and consolidate the market.

If they bought a very large chunk at say 35p-40p and even if the bid was rejected the SP would rise and APN could make a killing anyway. There just doesn't seem to be the big company risk takers around now.

The big question now for everyone is do we spend / invest more money now to either make a profit with a rise of 4p-5p in the next few weeks but also bring down our ave. ?

So is it most posters views that this current SP isn't really going anywhere in the next 6 months.

But it could be worth a few quid gamble for a 3-4p rise for a profit.

Seems to be a normal start to the day with a little drop at first then a rise throughout the day to 82p+

Last year the AGM was i think on the 2 may and trading up-dates etc , but this year we are looking at 13th may for AGM so maybe any trading up-dates will be about then.

One thing we haven't had yet since the results is any broker down grades, or up grades !!!!

I think that when you take away this years loss of £609 m which as many have said is down to right downs accounting methods etc the business is in most areas making good profits.

This years numbers should look much better , and with the SP down to what 31p ish could be a fantastic buy if held for 6 months. But hey what do do I know.

Hi omalley,ex divi date was what 10/11 April so as long as you held until that date you will get the divi. So if you were still holding on 12 April to now you can sell and still get the divi. Good luck.

So with this low SP why hasn't MA been in buying a lot more? What a gift at 26p
