consolidation26 Jun 2021 09:02
Over the years you get a feeling about certain shares, let's look at PMO / Harbour normally when you have a share consolidation like this one if it's 10x or 20 x then you get 20 times the price for 1p share into 20p share and the number of shares divided by 20. ie same value but when there are so many shares still in the market the sp never seems to hold up. With Harbour it was a 20 x but when you look the 1p shares were only turned into 2p shares Why? and if the market thinks they will need more money latter then it's still possible that there will need to another money raise offer, and that could be why the city wants to push this down more. It might just be a short drop and within the next few weeks the sp will bounce but who knows.
Many companies have had cash raise issues and consolidations and within a few years needed to raise more but at £3.60- £4.00 would you still buy Harbour for the first time or would you wait a little longer to see how this plays out, after all it's our own money and hard to come by.
