Look we all do it and seem to suffer the same end game, whenever we buy the price goes down and when we don't buy the price goes up. Also whenever the price drops it drops by say 5p-8p in one go but then seems to take weeks to get back to where it was. Funny old game.
But with CINE now it seems like many other companies, everyone has known that at some stage they will need more money but the BOD's always believe they can trade out of debt and so put off any rights etc, but they could have probably got a rights issue away at say 45p-50p but now it will have to be 20p-30p if they are lucky while all the time most pi's will be taking the loss. Another case of bad management and bad timing because sometimes the quicker you act the better in the long run.

It's funny isn't it that after what about 1 year of hype and hope AML are now starting to look like the old Aston Martin business in that they are still losing money and look like they will need to raise even more money to stay afloat.
Remember AM went bust about 4 times in the past , could it happen again I guess it depends on just how big the pockets are with the boss and Mercedes.
So do they give Mercedes more % of the business or just dilute more and consolidate more?

So just where are the benefits for buying now at this price?
It does look like revenue will be lower due to the set backs for masks etc, debt is still very high, some payment will need to be made possibly via another rights at well below todays price.
So just where are all the benefits of buying now please. !!!!

To wait another few months to raise much needed money.
Even if CINE appeal and get some sort of reduced payment they will still need to pay up, we all know this the city will know this and for any management to wait until the last minuet to find the money would be an even bigger hit to the SP.
It should all be about planning ahead, so why not raise the money now and if it's not all needed to pay off the court case it will / could be used to pay off some of the debt. There has been too many companies going bust simply because they didn't take the action needed at the right time when things could have been saved. If we are not careful this could be another Debs or AA or many other companies that stuck their heads in the sand and then come out when it was too late.

Why is it that most pi's always say the shorters will come un stuck when the sp rises, but the truth is they mostly make money and the pi's are the ones that lose it.
Let's be honest here AML are not doing too well with the sp approx half it's high, and Jan-Feb is coming and going by the ave stock prices for this period over the last 5-10 years the market nearlly always goes down so most including AML shares could well go down another 20%-30% if the total market goes down that much.
So maybe the shorters do know what they are doing, and I must say I am NOT a shorter and never have been beofre any poster say I am. just my view.

So this outcome has been a very big shock to all including the BOD's, So whatever happens now it looks like Cine will be paying out very big bucks and with already very high debts maybe the only optin left is for Cine to raise more money through a very big rights, so look out for what a 2 for 1 at maybe 20p ?.
It's now anyones guess, so I wouldn't be buying any more shares until we here more otherwise you could be just flushing your money down the drain.

So come on guys and girls what's now going on here, we are now approx 50% down from the highs of 1400 and still going down.
Now that the F1 season has finished investors / posters will be looking more into the normal car sales side and to see just how long ANL will continue to make losses. Could see the sp down to 900 ish very soon.

You can only spread so much fear but in the end we all know that Card F will be in a much better position on the next up-date and that means more profits and paying down more debt. You cannot hold a big dog down for long and the SP will be back over 70p-80p. then who will be laughing.!!!!

Let's be honest here, any divi will more likely be only 1p-2p for years to come and that's not really a good return is it.

Well I have done my bit, I have bought another 3 cards from Card F today in Kent and I had to wait my turn to pay, 2 staff in a tiny shop taking all that cash.

Come on, we have now had our little bit of fun. we all know the christmas trade is huge and profits will be good which will make it possible for Card F to pay back more debt in Jan, so let's now get back to seeing the SP back over 60p, where it should be.

Just when we all thought things were looking up and the SP would be back over the £3 mark the whole travel sector has been hit again with this latest variant. Still one consolation is that the drop isn't really anything SAGA has done to the SP will come back at some stage. 2022 could be very bright.

The trouble is we have been talking about this for the last 2 years, infact 2 years ago someone could have taken over PFD when the SP was what about 30p-40p and many of us thought then now is the time but nothing came of it.
If many of us could see the debt pile would be down to this level 2 years ago why couldn't another company, I guess there is always someone out there that should be interested but if they still are why would they now wait until the sp hits £1.25 +, I guess it goes to show we know nothing. But who knows 1 day !!!!!!

Always good to see directors buying shares with their own money, but also high-lights Foxtons is under valued after all if anyone knows this it's the directors.
On the other hand it's always good practice that directors show confidence in their company to the workforce.

Very well said Banburyboy, I used to trade Clinton cards many times making money before their American owners stabbed them in the back.
Card F looks much better run and still making profits to pay down debt and with luck when we really open up sales will be up more with more profit and paying down debt even faster.
Simes is just putting out fear to try and take down the SP of card F as he doesn't really have any bad things to say about them. But he / she does give us a laugh in these winter days.

Maybe it's that 70p bid a number were talking about a few months bacvk.

It's about time this responded to the directors buys and NO reason why it dropped so low, but to go up 6% today I guess there may be some good news out today that we haven't been told about yet.
The sooner we get back above 50p the better

Well as they said a few weeks ago all looks great with NO down side that I can see.
Revenue up, profits up, ebitda up, Freecash up to £72m vs -£29m, net debt down to £241m vs £411m.
But no Divi yet. hope this pushes up the SP back to £1.70 over the next few weeks.

Yes I have just been watching this doctor in south africa talking abou it, and yes it all seems more transmittable but much milder so maybe the fear has been hypt too mich and things will calm down from here.
We just need our doctors to agree that the current vaccine works well and all will be OK ish.
