Not sure what to make of the rns apart from a big loss and a lot of waffle, doesn't look like have seen the end of their troubles yet and could see the SP go down more.
One thing is for sure and that is Foxt is doing a much better job of things and making a good profit with NO debt.Might buy more Foxt.

My guess is that all that equipment was never bought by vog but just rented and since been returned. Or it was bought and owned by the old Directors and they sold it all .

Good morning guys, we have all made some bad moves in buying when we all thought the price was at it's lowest only to find it go down more, and we have all sold just before some big price rises that's share dealing.
I think we should just give Tom some slack as that could be us soon.
We all have different ideas and views and mistakes and we should all learn from them but do we. !!!!! Let's hope the next move is right for us.

I think we can all agree the results should be very good and a return of a divi, now what's the divi going to be 3p+ is my thinking.

And that's why Barclays have come out with £1.60 !!!!!!!

ITV plc Q3 Trading Update for the 9 months to 30 September 2021
Carolyn McCall, ITV Chief Executive, said:

"By any standards ITV has had an outstanding nine months. Both our Studios and Media & Entertainment (M&E) businesses have performed very strongly. Revenue from each business over the nine months is up both on last year and on 2019. This drove total external revenue up 28% compared to 2020 and 8% higher than 2019.
We are becoming an increasingly scaled digital business. Our online viewing was up 39% in the nine months which, together with the roll out of Planet V, helped our video on demand advertising (AVOD) revenue to climb 54%. Our monthly active users (MAUs) now stand at 9.6 million, a 22% increase year on year reflecting the focus on our AVOD strategy.
Total external revenue was up 28% at £2,381 million (2020: £1,860 million) and up 8% compared to 2019
? Total ITV Studios revenue was up 32% at £1,193 million (2020: £905 million) and up 6% compared to 2019[1]
? M&E revenue was up 26% at £1,594 million (2020: £1,267 million), with total advertising revenue (TAR) up 30% within which total AVOD revenue was up 54%. Total M&E revenue was up 9% compared to 20191 and TAR was up 8% compared to 2019
So I wonder just how good the full year results will be as they have now finished and we just have to wait until they are posted.
If things have carried on for the last 3 months then we should be in for a some great results with SP much higher.

It's just because the very high debt !!!!!!
Given another 6-12 months and debt reduced the SP will be higher.

That's funny when you read the rns it says Shares received in lieu of a percentage of base salary.
So they have NOT been bought , or have I read the wrong ?

Deutsche is only giving a target of £1.16 which is probably the high so it could go a s low as £1 again. I guess it end up about £1.05 before it goes back up but like many only a guess. !!!

It does seem to get stuck about the £1.20 mark and then drop back to £1.05- £1.10, so maybe back to £1.05 regardless of how good the results are.

So all looking very good and a divi coming, should see a bounce in sp back to 50p ish.

Yes nothing to set the world a-light and not as good as I was expecting and agree with many SP will not rocket, I as surprissed to see the debt at £764m which will take some time maybe 2-3 years to bring down so maybe NO divi's until then.
Could even see the SP drop to £2.50 for a bit.

OK I called that wrong as I thought the ftse and everything else was heading down again, could of made another 1p on the ones I sold but t hey that life.
Still think it will go back down to 55p ish within the next few days /weeks then I can top back up.

I thought there was going to be an up-date today, has it been delayed because it's bad or what?

Hold tight everyone the sp is just about to rocket as I am going to sell lots of CardF, and we all know what happens when you sell.!!!

So back to about 17p old money, is there bad news in the trading up-date or just total market fears?

So come on all those that know what's going on here, why has Foxt gone down this much today and does the city know more than us or have been tipped off about something?

Don't get too up-set it'a now down 10%. Funny I was going to sell some today if they hit 46p on concerns over Russia etc but I looks like I missed the boat.

Agree with all the posts about this rip off deal, but with them now having 36% ish it does look like they will have it in the bag for 75p In my view there's not much more that can be done, shame as I was looking to a £1 within the next few months. But that's how these sharks work. !!!!!
