I can’t remember if it was ever explicitly noted in an RNS the conditions put on AS’s 5.9m options but they were certainly like to profit/SP and corporate objective milestones.
If there’s a sniff of a takeover AS is going to want those options exercised and in his back pocket.....

As you say, the trolls will return but looks like their ammo has depleted and most of them are in their green boxes. So here’s to this bb being back to the good old days in 2021 and the SP realising it’s true potential.

I don’t think he’s got lucky at all. I think he’s made smart decisions not to focus his resources and capital wholly on the COViD market.
COViD is still very much an unknown entity. Back in Mar/Apr/May there was always a chance of a miracle overnight cure or it just died away. We not have vaccines and know this is going nowhere, hence the ramp up on the testing side.
AS knew COViD testing wasn’t going to be the only application of affimers, but a good opportunity to raise their profile (but it had to be a top class product). That takes time....

Retireby40 - Tech transfer hasn't been completed for the saliva based LFT correct. However, it is alluded to in the 23Nov RNS (where we learned of the work being done on an anterior nasal swab test) that no TT will be required for this due to BBI having all the components in place with existing infrastructure, so I am not expecting a TT update for the BBI anterior nasal swab test:

"The development of an Affimer-based lateral flow antigen test that can be manufactured at scale being carried out in partnership with BBI Solutions has made substantial progress. A highly scalable test device using readily available components and routine manufacturing processes has now been shown to have a sensitivity for coronavirus spike protein in laboratory samples better than 300 pg/ml which is in the range expected for spike protein in clinical samples."

It's a great point you highlight leewill and one of the reasons I am heavily invested here (among many others).
I think the License Agreement with Astrea Bioseparations went way under the radar in this regard for 2 main reasons:
1. Showing there is appetite for the business model of owning IP which is then licenses out to third parties for a fee and or royalties (literally now money for doing nothing as the IP, Affimers, is done). Albeit a small counterpart now but the business model is infinitely scalable as no work is required on Avacts end. The revenues from these kind of deals will be exponential in 2021 as Affimers get the credit they deserve.
2. And a key point for the "where's my test" moaner brigade. Point 1 above comes toppling down if Affimers receive any negative press / are shown to be sub standard. Part of the answer to "why no test" and "why the silence" I believe is the IP credibility has to be maintained. This to me was a subtle nudge/wink from AS saying "look, Affimers are being used for other applications outside of COvid and we have a good pipeline we cant destroy. We want to do the Covid tests but they absolutely have to be best in class otherwise the Affimer name is in tatters"
Imagine if we had been Innvoa and got a few million cr*ppy tests out, some short term revenues yes, but years and years of hard work on Affimers down the drain and forget any future revenues in a flash!

Everyone harping on about the house needs to realise he sold ~1/3 of his equity holding (circa 250K) leaving him with around 500k shares as it stands. The man has nearly 6m options all linked to company revenue / SP and commercial milestone targets.....so all these "red flag" spouters need to be quiet and understand he is aligned with shareholder interests.

If there were issues with the test, its unlikely it would have been cleared to launch and sell as a research kit no? CONDOR is the step that validates this for diagnostic purposes. I find it hard to see the issue is with BAMS itself.

Don't get me wrong, any vaccine news is progress but to bumble on to the public about having 100m doses on order and this now shows light at the end of the tunnel....Its's a bloody long tunnel Hancoc*k!
As of right now you have 500k doses available (so enough for 250k people - about 4% of the UK population) of a vaccine that is somewhere in the region of 60-90% effective (that's fairly wide in my view), has very little data on how long it is effective for and as far as we know doesn't stop transmission to the other 96% of the unvaccinated population.
Other option is a pfizer vaccine which hasnt been approved or under 18's and if you can have it, that might give you an anaphylactic shock.....
Not sure I quite see the light for a good while yet without a proper testing programme in palce!

Not to mention those warrants are only available for exercise until Oct 2021. So SGS took 1.1Bn shares at 0.1p and placing subscribers took warrants at 0.15p with only a year expiry.
Says a lot about where they think this is heading from this price!

I'll answer it for you Matt - It's because you have only bought cheap, unreliable Innova tests from China! Let's hope AVCT can get the ball rolling with a top notch LFT.

It sounds like the 40m RAB drill holes are a quick and cheap way to better understand what exactly is in that subsurface layer. That way they can more efficiently choose specific locations to diamond drill, which is a much more targeted method and has the ability to go a lot deeper should it be required. Given the precise nature of diamond core drilling, its not the method you would initially choose to try and find mineralisation in a vast area. RAB drill the surface layer first, locate the potential mineralised zones and then diamond drill those to get a better idea of what is there and how far it goes.

Sounds like their plan from the RNS:

"The RAB drill holes will be drilled on profiles across the three target areas in order to provide enhanced information of the subsurface shape and orientation of the ultramafic rock bodies being targeted and allowing for the optimisation of a planned follow-on diamond drill programme."

I'm also breakeven here Dohnuts and would say I am glass more than half full on the fundamentals and economics of Blyvoor (especially in this current climate where gold looks set to continue a bull run). Plus hopefully if there are some good indicators from Haneti, the nickel market and EV industry growth will no doubt grow exponentially too. Commodity markets have certainly been out of favour the past few year so this could be the time.
My glass half empty side comes from past experiences of LC (which I have certainly not hidden granted mainly at KIBO) and when i see those traits start to appear elsewhere it concerns me.
But - as you say - I agree the concerns are more than likely priced into the current SP, maybe there are some genuine reasons for the delays which will only show themselves once we have project financing sorted and we may even get a good deal.
I tried to gauge how long drilling may take, as you say 40m deep RAB drilling is fairly straight forward.
I've been trying to find some info on speed of RAB drilling. The only company that quoted speed to drill was Ground Truth who state:
"Our ultra-portable GT RAB Drill is capable of reaching depths of up to 100m in a 12 hour drilling shift."
Now looking at Amazon Drilling Limited's website (they do exist which is a good start) their fleet seems to be a lot more industrial than this portable drill."
So we know they are going to drill 50 x 40m holes initially. Lets say worst case they can do three of those in a day shift (assuming 1 rig as their fleet on the website isn't huge). That's 16 working days / 3 weeks there or there abouts to complete the maiden RAB drilling programme. Maybe end of Jan?
Anyhow - guess its a sit tight and hope for the best now.

Maybe you misunderstood me. My issues are not with placings/dilution per se to advance projects but if you have a huge resource to exploit, that is why you bring on a strategic partner to assist with that i.e. there is value attributed to the dilution which as you say, will hopefully in the ,long run outweigh "cost".
Take a look at how GGP have done it.....GRL also a good example where the BOD hold over 50% of shares so they look at better funding options than just running to the market for a placing.
My issue is when placings are made for working capital i.e. keep the lights on money and pay salaries when very economically viable projects that should have been completed months ago are still dragging on. Again, I understand delays are part of the process but to KaiSharp's point earlier, the vague, smoke and mirror RNS's don't help.
The assets are there and very attractive which is why I continue to invest here and I dont dispute this is very undervalued. I just become frustrated when I am diluted to essentially pay the salary of a CEO who is happy to go raise in the market because he has very little skin in the game and therefore doesnt impact him.

I would probably agree with that viewpoint and strategy smartinvest if the company had some cash reserves.....in KAT's case, a few more months is money out of the door with nothing coming in which inevitably leads to placings.
Putting them in the bottom drawer, you might come back and have been diluted again via another placing, or the warrants are exercised to provide funding but that is also dilutive, there is another 35% of the current issued share capital in outstanding warrants.
If you know its a slow process, fund your business appropriately. I have said before selling Imweru for £1m (of which we see £200k I tihnk in the first 12-24 months) + a NSR that will be years from providing cash flow was poor business really. A company like this needed short term cash.
Anyway, we are where were are and there is progress. I just pray we don't see another funding RNS to keep the lights on while this all drags on!

Assets in the ground are worth jack all unless there is the means to extract them. Blyvoor has taken an age to get anywhere near funding never mind some actual gold.
Haneti - We had Pre-Mobilisation 1Oct / Mobilisation 19Nov / Drilling commenced 30Dec - Its one RAB drill not a fleet of the things, so what's taken 3 months to go from pre-mobilisation to actual drilling (do not say COVID).
Assets we cant seem to get out of the ground (Imweru) are sold of for pittance with no near term revenue from the asset.

The longer this all drags on, the more likely we are to need cash again. Which you cant rule out after what was said in the GM RNS:
"The Company is seeking shareholder approval to increase its authorities to issue and allot shares in respect of the Placing, as announced on 22 December 2020, and cover further possible fundraises / corporate actions that may require the issue and allotment of shares, prior to the Company's AGM in 2021. "

Glad this is finally moving but the pace is unbelievable slow and I wish we were just told each time a realistic timeframe not led down the garden path by LC.

It's barmy leewill isn't it - BAMS has been available to purchase via Adpetrix for research purposes since 30th Sept and here we are 3 months later still waiting for CONDOR to pull their finger out....what are they playing at? Its not like there is a shortage of samples!!??
