I am a v cautious investor. I already have a stack of MKS and last week when they dropped to 315 I bought a further £50k's worth. Was I imprudent? I have no idea. All the elements you bought up have had no impact on my decision. I based my buy on the feeling that the past issues are now history. In two years time I really don't want to look back and think I wish I had bought in the low 300's. This is a first class company. It has great management and is getting to grips with clothing. The confidence of management is underscored by the store expansion and upgrading programme.

DWAN what about my forecasts of 1500 and then 5? I am using my very specialised Putinski charting which works a treat

FordM whatever you might think of Oliver and his views you do sound a bit thick running around like a playground bully calling people 'thick'. That is generally the MO of thickies(I am sure you not). He does have a very fair point about allowing trash into this country, of which the grooming gangs form part. My sophisticated and educated Pakistani friends tell me that they treat these people as one would treat the travellers who infest this country.

I can hardly see that this collective litigation(we don't have class action in UK) impacts the SP for 2 reasons. 1. The idea of collective action was mooted months ago and was factored into the SP fall then. 2. The cyber insurance will bear most of the cost.

Unless people can actually prove they have suffered financial loss their claims will be minimal....worry and distress....haha I doubt that will come into the equations. A few million of that.

Davethehorse completely agree. This constant SP volatility is a distraction for the senior management in all sorts of ways. It would really work for Stuart and team. It would cost at least £5

JimJam point taken but one could say the same about any stock. We saw it with RR and IAG but looking at it on the balance of probabilities, it would seem unlikely. The company is looking for of new sites and that doesn't seem to square with any form of performance nervousness. At a £5.5 billion mkt cap this company would be in play and in that scenario investors would demand a hefty premium or the management would go to private equity for a nice deal
