I really hope so. Is this the calm before the storm...a good storm if there is such a thing ?
It's so difficult to judge but my hunch says that it is within 10 days. Although hunches are not one of my better investment strategies !

Ditto re top posters in the form of Zen, Agadem and IZ. And others. This is undoubtedly one of the best boards on LSE.
Sadly, it will soon become full of those that you describe or maybe not…here’s hoping.
I notice a log of articles in the likes of The Economist pointing out that natural gas is the best of the fossil fuels in terms of carbon footprint. And further that we will have to rely on it for at least two decades more. Whilst we would all wish for a carbon neutral world that is not yet a reality. I therefore believe natural gas will be considered an investment opportunity again.
I would like to think this will reach support any time now.
The rare earth RNS could have been better explained frankly. It’s a big opportunity.

You seem to be struggling with the difference between current and end. I suggest an OED might help
Errr..no. BHL currently up
I was going to ask what anyone thinks of those results but I guess we will find out very shortly. Shame about rig disruption but initial results positive and not long to wait until further results.

Thanks for your post which is informative. I think the O&G sector is going to be forced to make owning shares very attractive for the shareholder either in the form of dividends or share buybacks. Spending cash on those means they have less cash to purchase cheap assets so there is a fine balance there. I therefore see the lack of II ownership being offset by attractive incentives for non-II shareholders. I hope and expect someone as smart as AK to be able to manage that fine balance.
That said, I'm not sure there is an alternative as I'm not convinced debt capital markets will be as readily available in the next year or so. Look after your shareholders and they will look after you !

They'll take as long as they take. How could I possibly know if it is days, weeks or months ? I am a long term investor so I really don't care how long it takes. I look for long term signs of growth and opportunity. I'm not a day trader...I don't need to.
Well done tonyj for hanging in there. Your views have proven to be right and will increasingly be so. Very well played.
Well said Lupidog...a good summary. We all place our own bets and don't need to be constantly reminded of the past. This investment is about the future and whilst past events are frustrating they are historical. Yes, history does repeat itself but the risk/reward on this is compelling.
Those posters with very negative opinions have made themselves very clear...we get it. If it makes them feel better then they should carry on but I for one and really not interested in their constant repetition.
