without regurgitating all the old grievances (getting boring now) isn’t that the bigger picture? i remain optimistic.

i appreciate your sentiment and have tried to take that approach . frankly for too long giving hutson the benefit of the doubt. then he regularly and systematically reverts back to type with his so called strategies of incompetence and mistruths to get him out of trouble. (i won’t list them as getting boring now)

i really don’t understand how any investor can be happy with the sp destruction regardless of the acquisitions, reduced dividend , smarter asset blah blah ******* blah. since 5/21 the sp is down over 54%. how bigger a picture do we need than that.

when assessing a stock's price we all know it's important to consider its momentum.

price trends tend to persist and dec’s has. downwards.

the track record of momentum is an important predictor of whether a stock price will go up. the market just doesn’t buy into this business or its leadership.

i really do hope i’m proven wrong . hutson please make me look stupid so us long term holders can get the **** out of this dog and leave it to the late adopters making money and a reasonable dividend yield. we remain hopeful more than optimistic

Agree . A lot is hanging on this deal in particular clawing back a YTD SP drop of over 19% . And that’s just for starters . I just don’t see it rerating to the levels we are hoping for.

Just my opinion , as we’re not in the know , but looks to me that someone in the financing chain has changed the goal posts on Hutson . Whilst I don’t trust Hutson anymore It would seem unbelievable that this 8.5m secondary share sale was planned and instead has been forced on Hutson at the 11th hour by a third party. Nothing to back this up but it came out of the blue although insiders got the nod on Monday when the SP dropped so much in the last 90 minutes of the day and US markets closed. Got a feeling the Maverick deal will now get done by end of March. If not what a dreadful embarrassment for Hutson and could see the SP collapse even more.

We’re all hoping for that as a minimum but really pretty appalling to get to that level on all the acquisitions b4 and Maverick. When you consider we were at £13.50 just a few weeks ago and nearly £14 at the beginning of the year. £14 and £15 SP are miserable improvements . No criticism of your suggestions. YTD we are just over 19% down. All this effort , money spent and an ongoing pitiful SP.

Sadly Hutson has made me cynical and I have tried to support his strategies and their reasoning taking onboard views/comment/ opinions from many sources giving him the benefit of the doubt that there have been circumstances outside of his control for what he has done . This fundraising debacle and SP collapse has just blown any credibility I had for him out the window. I now don’t believe a single word he has to say. Cynical is being kind to the man

Just thought I’d give OB some feedback from the long term suffering shareholders. Hopefully done in good taste and non confrontational.

OB might I suggest you stick to your excellent analysis of the pros and cons of DEC and not make reference to suffering long term shareholders as harrumphas, whingers etc etc who are currently still nursing a significant paper loss after supporting DEC’s expansion from the early days. Sadly this approach exemplifies what is perceived to be the attitude of Hutson to PI’s that he doesn’t give a 💩 about them , the SP and shareholder value . I give you more credit than this as I have followed you for a long time. Financial loss hurts deeply even on paper hoping to recoup those losses trusting that Hutson will deliver shareholder value. Not everyone can reduce their losses by averaging down and jumping ship elsewhere doesn’t g’tee recovered losses. Please just bear a thought why there is such long term upset and distrust of Hutson , the BOD and the money men feeding of him and his deals at the expense of a collapsing SP

you just can’t make it up. the jam tomorrow characters constantly just big it up how everything is going to be alright. and constantly it doesn’t materialise in the hutson world of economics where every acquisition just doesn’t improve the sp . sadly i’m beginning to get concerned that there are serious issues behind the scenes re production levels , the so called smarter asset management and hedging are nowhere as good as they report. hence acquisition is the only way to cover up the deception as you are unable to measure like for like annually. and now the kahuna berger of acquisitions is going to skew the numbers even more and give hutson even more breathing space at our expense. look at the sp today. the market sees this fund raising for what it is. utterly inept management not to have all the financing lined up securely on a so called deal that has been in discussion for over 18 months. if it’s so ******* good why do maverick want to ditch it at a bargain basement price ??

Agree. And who wants to keep investing in a business just to average down with no g’tees you’ll ever get out. Also not everybody has excess money to keep reinvesting. That’s a fools strategy that can see past the end of their nose.

maybe ob isn’t sitting on significant sp dilution, large paper losses and significantly reduced dividend just so hutson can buy his way out of trouble at the expense of long term pi holders getting screwed. it’s ok for those getting in below £10. the long term holders helped hutson et al get this business started and supported in the early days of promises made . maybe take the rose coloured spectacles off your nose and you’ll see the end of it is pretty bloodied. hutson needs to hear that not everybody is delighted with getting regularly diluted and ****ed in the ass. all his sycophant institutional followers with their snouts in the trough love it as they make millions of our dilution.

I would say anything around the 15p mark is a good entry point then hold as once production up and running hoping to see 50p by year end which would give it a £78.5m mkt cap on £12m raised. And that’s just the start we’re hoping for

Not promoting this and DYOR. One worth looking at is HELIX EXPLORATION (HEX) … Helium play. IPO’d April 24 and production expected 2nd/3rd 2025 which is truly exceptional. Recent fund raising through to Production and Operational. Once revenue producing could be a multi bagger from current levels is what I’m hoping for. Lots of information and track record of delivering results , available to make an informed decision about the opportunity and management team.

Nobody has that crystal ball to advise you. It will only be somebody’s opinion. We have no idea what these crooks are cooking up next. Maverick looks far from a done deal which was how it has been hyped . If you feel value then invest with conviction. My adage if in doubt leave it out holds true as well. GL whatever and whenever you decide .

As I said yesterday from Tennyson it was oversubscribed. All the pigs with their snout in the trough knew and were going to make money. This makes the Maverick deal more expensive than it has already been hyped up 😡!!

My message to Tennyson

Well Hutson will certainly get Institutions in at this give away price. Just shambolic the way he acts crashing the SP. Now viewed by PI’s as an utter conman and of course he doesn’t care less as long as the institutions fill their boots and all got their snouts in the trough and we pay the price. Whether you pass this information on that’s how long suffering PI’s feel who have been trying to get out of this dog for too long.

sadly investor relations at dec are utter **** and i haven’t had a single reply ever from them. waste of time.

i send all my emails and phone calls to tennyson the house broker in the uk. phone them . we need to give them as much feedback and hassle we can do to get our tiny voices heard. because nothing been said in the past hutson just keeps ******* the pi’s over. sadly all these ****ers are in it together .
