You cannot keep diluting a share on the back of running up huge debt in the name of so called accretive deals. Add to that complicated accounting showing losses and appalling communications with a complete disregard for private investors. House brokers just as bad with ludicrous valuations that never materialise. Shareholder value utterly destroyed by all these antics and an unbelievable acceptance that the share price is not a measurement of shareholder value

All I know is gas is down over 4% today and oils is tumbling.Trump has clearly stated he wants lower oil and gas prices lower. I’d be very surprised if Trump isn’t putting pressure on behind the scenes. Agree Gas demand is normally less sensitive to economic activity, however , the latest Market sell-off suggests even this sector isn't fully shielded from the global economic turmoil hammering energy prices. A full scale trade war could be on the cards triggered by this lunatic.

U.S. oil prices plunge another 8% to $61 a barrel. Lower oil means lower gas prices, which can at least help bring inflation down. The Fed is torn between helping economic growth or taming inflation. The market now sees five cuts this year.

Yes the UK will become secondary. It will then be interesting to see if they maintain it long term. There are ongoing listing expenses etc etc. Benefits are exposure to more investors, liquidity and capital raising. Time will tell. Some buy backs yesterday albeit small beer and will have a minimal impact.

I would expect by the Autumn or earlier the US becomes the primary listing based upon Market size , liquidity and a larger investor base.

Investor access. Easier access to their target investors. Cultural and linguistic alignment with their target market.

Regulatory environment and ease of compliance although they will still be required to meet minimum UK requirements .
