Completely understand Lord’s point. Take any commentary for what it’s worth. I gave a summary on here of my call with the CFO last Friday ( Have a read). As mentioned b4 I have a v large position here as do my friends who have followed me in from the low teens SP buying on each leg up correction.

The CFO certainly wouldn’t give me anything confidential. We discussed a number of matters ranging from the AGM , comms etc to future strategic direction and I wouldn’t expect to be told anything confidential. It’s business as usual.

As we know , and often forgotten , this business is run on a shoestring of cost control in people and resources. BO has always made it v clear he is protecting and enhancing shareholder value by this approach. They are v mindful of the current opportunity in the Helium market and how best to monetise it. I gave investor feedback on comms, helium focus and hydrogen opportunity, trailer ,importance of Inez re-entry, resource upgrade and future strategic direction( slower with current resources and 3 rd parties versus more ambitious needing more investment ).

My sense is everything is up for grabs and I’m hoping the AGM will answer many questions which strategically is important do I invest more , wait see or reduce my holding. A very important AGM so would encourage everyone to get your questions in and if you can attend the AGM.

Actually, unlike anonymous chat room venting, constructive dialogue with management does yield results . I’ve had productive conversations with the CFO that have given me considerably more insight into the company’s direction than anything posted on here. In particular where the business is with the trailer fill, Inez , the future strategy for wells , offtakes , comms and BO’s movements. Professional investors/ Shareholders engage with management to understand business issues , show support as a LTH for what this very talented BOD are achieving , get insight into the future strategy and give feedback from private investors. This gets more achieved. Just for your insight Management have absolutely no interest in what these chat rooms gave to say. Their opinion is most on these chat rooms are clueless with no expertise of their business, just rant and expect to be constantly bottle fed information.

As for sycophancy - there’s a meaningful difference between blind cheerleading and informed optimism based on direct engagement. I’d suggest the two aren’t as easy to conflate as you imply.

You’re absolutely right that everyone is entitled to their opinion and their method of expressing it. Mine just happens to involve picking up the phone rather than typing frustration into a chat room. Each to their own.

Rather than rant on a chat room do something positive and phone the Company and get hold of a member of the BOD and tell him what you think as a shareholder .

I do hope as many people in this chat room are getting their questions in for the AGM. I’ve had confirmation mine have been forwarded to HEX. What they then do with them who knows , but my experience having attended many AGM’s is they will generically address the main questions raised.

I hope most raise the question of comms as this is regularly being raised as an issue creating uncertainty and too much second guessing what’s happening. This is even more important in illiquid AIM shares that are very much momentum and future expectation driven. We had drift and sideways SP activity for too long last year and again we are seeing a sizeable drop from 47p and drifting lower when under the current environment we should be kicking on or at least holding around the mid 40’ s

In response and for discussion I believe this is a misreading of the situation and a fairly significant one.

Helix hasn’t pivoted from helium to hydrogen. The hydrogen work is additive, not a replacement strategy. The geological indicators for natural hydrogen were discovered incidentally during the October 2025 deep well programme that was drilling for helium. Helix confirmed those indicators while exploring for helium, and is now preparing coring and lab work to characterise the resource alongside the existing programme. 

More importantly the February 2026 first production announcement made clear that helium production and offtake agreements are the current primary focus, and hydrogen testing will be revisited once offtake is secured. There is no compromise between the two. 

The Chimaera/Air Force programme is a funded evaluation, not a strategic pivot. Helix was selected from nearly 30 respondents specifically because it already has relevant well infrastructure, hydrogen subsurface data, and an active exploration programme near Malmstrom AFB. All of which exists because of the helium work. One doesn’t exist without the other.

If anything, the hydrogen angle is a valuation upside that the market hasn’t priced in yet, sitting on top of the core helium thesis. The idea that management is “changing over” and that this explains any delays fundamentally misunderstands the geology and the corporate communications.

What specific concern is driving the comment? Production delays? Offtake timelines? Inez re-entry delays ? Those are legitimate questions that should be put to the BOD at the AGM but pinning them on a hydrogen pivot is the wrong diagnosis imo.​

I’m certain there will be some information contractually sensitive or not finalised yet.

The AGM on 28 May with the full board present and open to questions is genuinely the most important shareholder event Helix has held. Getting these questions in writing ahead of time ensures they can’t be deflected on the day.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ We will also have the chance to ask questions if not raised.

A very important day for me whether I put more in , hold or reduce.

They were never going to announce the AGM with key operational matters outstanding. That tells you they are on the cusp of getting resolved shortly.

When I have concerns I speak to the Company directly as I did today.

As expected all in hand and operational tweaks to ensure maximum efficiency for the business and off takers. As highlighted previously comms have been toned down as they felt DM was too bullish. AGM was delayed to be able to get BO/Keith availabile. Anything strategic re wells , resource upgrade , additional resources , future ambitions etc etc we can raise at the AGM.

The absence of an RNS explaining the delay is the real issue. That’s where shareholders should have been informed and haven’t been. The NOMAD email I’ve sent to Cairn picks up on that point.

Your 21-day notice point is well made . Realistically we’re looking at mid-May at the earliest for the AGM itself, which means another three to four weeks of uncertainty for shareholders who are already frustrated by the lack of updates on Inez, offtake , first revenue and the drilling programme.

The AGM may turn out to be a non-event, but imo the silence around it is adding to a pattern of communication that the board needs to address.

I’ve sent a formal email to Cairn Financial Advisers , HEX Nomad, as the AGM should have been end of March. There has been no formal notification or extension requested at CO’s House.

Classified information doesn’t appear in RNS and HEX cannot disclose what it’s been told not to disclose, and it cannot confirm or deny the existence of classified elements. Standard practice.

The market hates it as it creates an information void trying to value an asset where the most material data points may never be publicly confirmed. That partly explains why the market isn’t pricing in hydrogen value yet. It can’t, because it can’t see the data.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It also has a secondary implication. Chimaera is funding the demonstration phase, the natural next step is a commercial offtake or supply agreement that has an obvious financial architecture to build on.

This is one of the strongest RNS documents HEX has issued. The framing is confident without being speculative, the ICBM/national security angle is genuinely new, and the funding confirmation is not “just PR” . The chairman’s quote adding his voice alongside the CEO signals the board views this as a top-tier announcement. This should move the price meaningfully.​​​​​​​
