We need the AGM and strategic plan moving forward. I agree with Span re Inez, new wells but that’s in the strategic plan with revised financials. IMO Inez is the catalyst for all of this including whether a new resource report gets completed. We may only get Inez and 2 more wells this year the way things are going which to me is a missed opportunity. Hydrogen is a side event and focus needs to be on helium wells and revenue. I have a concern that the v small team and high dependency on 3rd parties just might be holding faster progress back. No criticism as this has really been done on exceptional cost control and if slower progress is the way then I have no problem we just need to know to manage SP expectation . Before I get accused of deramping I am a very large long term shareholder adding all the way up to high 20’s

Wouldn’t be surprised to see 38-40p retested today. I hope support holds and I’m wrong.

Bottom line. IMO the immediate relief rally is real, but this is a two week pause, not a peace deal. Markets will likely give back some gains quickly if the Islamabad talks stall or oil doesn’t fall meaningfully below $90.

No criticism of the achievements to date but my biggest disappointment has been Inez. IMO it’s been a mess and by the time we get results won’t be far off a year since the first drill.

I’m hoping they are getting all their ducks in a row ready for a blockbuster AGM where strategically all will be revealed.

We certainly need clarity where we are heading and their ambition how quickly to get there. All credit for what’s been achieved , we now need the monetisation plan of these assets.

It’s not the filling of a jumbo trailer that takes time , it’s the commissioning.

The trailer is our first transport asset and part of a broader build-out, I would expect them to be conservative on the inaugural shipment rather than rushing it out the door.

It was on site 6 days ago and will require thorough post-fill checks before road delivery. Most likely more will be done first time round. These steps ensure safety and compliance for high-pressure helium transport.

The last thing we need is a screw up on the first trailer. As we have had no notification yet of dispatch my expectation is another 4-7 days before shipment.

The BOD at the AGM need to give us a clear vision of what Chapter 2 looks like and their ambitions on delivery.

As I mentioned b4 are we self funding slowly slowly or are we ramping up taking advantage of the current market conditions ?

BO and team have done wonders on a shoestring budget but that has added to some of those frustrations you referred to and kept the SP range bound for far too long. 3rd party delays hurt us badly.

Pulsar market cap 3 times ours is crazy considering they still need the FID and will be 12-18 months b4 production. They have bank credit lines in place already. I see no reason why we can’t borrow now and put an exciting aggressive growth plan together to maximise these assets.

£3 SP perfectly feasible if we get to 20 wells then we have the added value of Ingomar currently untapped.

The more wells and derisked this becomes the more likely HEX gets sold. Could be as early as next year if the hydrogen play gets validated .

So with 8 producing wells and validated hydrogen at Rudyard or Ingomar , HEX could attract takeover offers in the £400-700 million range, reflecting helium cash flows plus strategic hydrogen upside amid supply shortages. Today’s Mkt Cap £88m.

The further this progresses and you can add in the clean energy pioneering aspect then Ingomar potential the value to a major strategic buyer the further past £800m we go.

So even buys in the 40p range have significant upside potential if you’re patient

Last year AGM notified a week after Annual results and that was held about a month later in the March.

On that basis we could squeeze the AGM in by end April. Certainly early May. By then hopefully trailers filled, Inez re-entered and offtake clearer.

We need the AGM and revised strategic plan how many wells this year and the future vision of the BOD.

-We know the trailer getting filled. How many more and how quickly ramping up like a conveyor belt of production ?

-Offtake once and for all.

-Critical we get Inez re-entered, results out and finalise this long suffering debacle that’s held us back.

-This should then enable a resource upgrade and what the hydrogen programme looks like and if a JV planned?

-How many wells this year ? Are we going self financing slowly or raising funds to ambitiously accelerate to 20 wells ?

-Ingomar? On ice ? What’s the future to develop ? What horizon can we anticipate?

-Revised financial plan based on anticipated future pricing ?

So many questions as investors we need answering and these are just a few.

Bo and the team done a wonderful job and so much groundwork covered. We now need transparency and what can we expect from the huge business opportunity we have here.

The trailer isn’t even on site yet , so to imagine loading next week is going to happen just creates another false hope/expectation.

No timelines till delivery then at Rudyard operational preparation , loading infrastructure, safety and regulatory sign off.

This is at least a month away from commencing production and a couple of months before seeing any revenue.

Still no Inez re/entry , Well 5 , AGM etc etc etc

Tennyson (House Broker) out with a new research note saying everything is fantastic and £20 is their target.

Sadly not a single research note they have put out ever comes to fruition and DEC not come close to their ludicrous overblown overhyped targets.

Forget the US OTC market . No idea why it even gets referenced here. It offers limited meaningful access for UK AIM shares, often functioning more as a nominal listing than a robust trading venue due to persistently low volume and liquidity.

American investors show minimal appetite, viewing these dual-listed small cap stocks as high risk with poor transparency compared to their domestic options.

For AIM businesses , OTC is a cheap visibility play for US retail or arbitrage, but delivers little capital raising power.
