RE: Desert Mountain Energy vis-à-vis Helix9 Oct 2025 13:48
Kaeren,
I’m certain any information from Camarco is signed off by HEX. Once production starts it will be the beginning of the transformation unless they have other transformative news to release over the coming weeks . It will be interesting re Well 5 but whatever way they do it they are behind the curve. Now a month since the Inez RNS and nothing re the work over rig . And nothing re Well 5.
The RNS from the June fund raise I quote “ All five production wells at Rudyard are expected to commence production following the installation of onsite processing equipment. With manufacturing of the membrane module and testing of the PSA facility complete, on-site construction activities are due to commence in June 2025.”
You can read that how you like but to me , rightly or wrongly, the 5 wells would be ready for production once the PSA installed. If that was the case we would have 5 producing by year end , generating revenue to kick on into full production in 2026 self financing a year earlier than planned. Hence the reason of the fund raise.
I am raising these delays and expectations as it will have an impact on the SP ( Not negatively lower but not as quick higher imo) as we’ve seen sideways in a range the last 3 months or so. Again imo the market has HEX currently with a market cap based on 4 wells generating £12m pa revenue ie 4 times revenue which appears to be a norm. It’s going to take a while , once in production , for the market to rerate HEX. Yes we all hope for that big jump into the 30’s once we start production. Hopefully then we get an investor meeting what the future plans are especially Ingomar where again radio silence ( Hopefully AS on the case with Aramco for a JV 😂)
