Then will take an independent competent person report which will take us into the New Year.

What we know from Inez currently is the contingent resources are defo but need more from Inez and even well 5 to upgrade the proven reserves.

IMO comms been disappointing the last couple of months and certainly something has changed considering what we have here. Investor Relations are non existent . No response to messages or phone calls.

Hopefully all going on behind the scenes . I’ve always felt soft start mid October early November but now more like November. Well 5 unlikely to be in production b4 year end as would appear still waiting on the work over rig to finish Inez. I’m not concerned just disappointed as these AIM shares need the market psychology of the future to keep interest high. Just my opinion. Not heresy .

Well you knew this was coming months ago as they crossed the 65% threshold of US investors in June . They had to do this anyway so all this 🐂💩 of the board’s reasoning is utter crap.

Won’t make a blind bit of difference . More smoke and mirrors to cover up the dreadful management and SP collapse over the years .

My timeline has always been soft start mid October/ early November with all 5 wells in production by year end . Well 5 doubtful now imo. More like Jan 26 but ever hopeful gets cranked up earlier. Even so a wonderful achievement 🎉

Undeniable facts

-EIG originally had a Maverick sale price of nearly $3B .. .. No other takers so fire sale just over $1B to DEC

- EIG have immediately dumped their allowable tranche of shares after 6 months on the market at over a 10% discount to the original price. So much for EIG wanting to have skin in the DEC game long term as everybody was spouting about and they have a BOD representation in the ex Maverick CEO

-EIG will be out early next year as can obviously see the writing on the wall at DEC

- How many times do you have to be shown the appalling SP performance and what the market thinks of these accretive deals adding sweet FA apart from dilution and massive debt. The market cap is pitiful.

- Millions having to be spent on BB’s just to keep the SP afloat

- It’s a giant Ponzi scheme of rinse and repeat so called accretive deals at the shareholder’s expense to pay Hutson salary, more gifted shares , snouts in the trough just to keep the lights on

Spot on and what an indictment that EIG ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC dumped their shares as soon as they could unload them on the market taking a loss of circa $11m from the original deal struck at over $16 per share .

Bottom line they took a massive haircut to get shot of Maverick and the DEC shares. In both cases they viewed the assets as junk.

Only another 9.6m shares to go in 6 months time . Something to look forward to in March 26 🤪🙈

What a dreadful assumption to make on DEC’s track record .

3 years ago the shares were £28 . The only shareholders who have a result are those that bought in at £8 after Hutson crashed the SP. And who knows how long that will last 🙈

Why are these businesses happy to offload supposedly so accretively and then take another hit on the SP. The assets are dog 💩. They are the subprime of O and G. And shareholders paying for it with dilution and more debts🤯

$13.75 Secondary pricing . Ugly morning an understatement . 10.28% lower than the close in the US last night.

Maverick at the first opportunity are dumping acquisition shares at a huge discount to the market price and what we’re originally issued at $16.27 !!!

And they have a man on the BOD’s . What does that tell you about the DEC future and what they see into 2026 and beyond !!

Don’t worry Maverick still hold over 16 million shares to dump in early 2026 🙈

Everybody still positive about DEC after tonight’s RNS 😂

Major shareholders can’t wait to get out of this dog. Don’t they realise the amazing accretive deals that are happening , Mizuho price prediction and everything is fantastic and soon to rerate 😂.

Only 9% down after hours in the US . Let’s see how long it takes to shift this junk and the price pressure until it gets absorbed. Maybe somebody realises there isn’t any more value left. You can’t make this 💩 up

Very interesting .

Interestingly, NextDecade shares tanked 18.6% after the development hit news feeds. This can largely be attributed to the expected share dilution associated with Rio Grande LNG development as well as the large increase in debt load. Currently, NextDecade has a market cap of $2.1 billion and long-term debt of $2.5 billion.

Market doesn’t like :-

- Dilution

- Higher debt to market Cap

- Lower oil and gas prices

- Constant Dilution

- Debt $2.7m

-Mkt Cap $900m

- Debt to equity ratio 386%. Frightening

- Sector average 50-150%

- Financial health checks by independent platforms flag Diversified Energy’s leverage as “high risk,” citing balance sheet vulnerability if sector conditions worsen or refinancing costs rise.

And there my friend why this SP has tanked the last 5 years and if anything we’ll see the shorts increase next year if prices collapse

They just run away and hide when the facts are irrefutable. They are like weak parents who just keep making excuses for a child’s bad behaviour rather than facing up to it and correcting it. Clueless and just creates the same old circle of SP failure .

Well someone wasn’t happy so sold 872k. They saw an opportunity to sell ,whilst Inez is commercial , which is great news , the flow testing isn’t finalised and the work over rig isn’t on site. No upgraded resource report till next year. Inez took 12 weeks from start to RNS unfinished flow test. Linda took 6 weeks. BO’s interview gave no further clarity which gave no clarity to the market. It’s not what we think. It’s what the market thinks affects the share price. MM’s manipulate weakness and uncertainty to their advantage. And that’s what they’ve done since the closing high of 29.4p.

I’m not worried they will come back and the next wave higher hopefully will break through the 30’s.

AIM/Small Cap’s are not driven by fundamentals. They are driven by market sentiment and MM manipulation. HEX to date have over delivered . They need to continue being ahead of the market , up the comms and remove the uncertainty. As an Investor I’m only interested in making money whether it’s short, medium or long term.

Just shows once again how you fail to grasp how to run a business and what the market expects. I’ve made a lot of money on HEX and believe in its huge potential . Like Terry points out as investors we, unlike you , are only interested in making money. We are not interested in failure. HEX is going to be a bigger multibagger than it already is. All I’m pointing out there is they need to keep the foot on the pedal and over deliver as they have been doing so the MM’s don’t get the opportunity to manipulate and suppress the SP. Trouble is you wouldn’t get that and just blindly keep going with no understanding how the market works .

What the muppets don’t get and refuse to accept is how the market operates . The Oak Bloke , house brokers and the Hutson sycophants do all this analysis of the so called accretive deals and the value it will create blah blah blah and then the market says “ Nah we’ve heard all this 🐂💩 before , no equity in the deal, all debt and Investors screwed in the ass again with dilution” . The market speaks volumes in only one way . The Share Price and its performance and it stinks. These are vanity deals for Hutson at the shareholder expense. Keep up the good work but frankly you’re dealing with idiots and idiots invariably bring you down to their level 😝🙈
