Rinse and repeat for traders . Terry’s got it down pat clawing back some of his losses. I’m certain you’ll get another 2/3% increase to crow about 😂

The market will be the judge and the SP is reflective currently of Inez delays not finalised , well 5 delay, offtake , resource upgrade delay , PSA not on site and Ingomar plans. If momentum and comms had not dropped off this would be over 30p rather than languishing in low 20’s. We need to see BO’s excitement with news and get back to over delivering . Current pace soft start might be mid October/ early November and the MM’s will suppress the SP with their shenanigans on AIM . Just saying .

I agree.

IMO , and experience of acquisitions , one of the big boys would wait until we are well into production , revenue generating , proven reserves including prospective resources of the Dry Creek formation area, which is considered risked but promising for helium potential they acquired. They would rather be fully derisked and with deep pockets justify a decent premium.

We have non exec Chairman KS with extensive M and A experience who has done a lot of deals to date . A natural could be Exxon JV on Ingomar , get them in with all the inside info ready and their expertise to acquire in 12-18 months. Again just my thoughts heavily caveated 😂

Success breeds complacency. Complacency breeds failure. Only the paranoid survive.

Whatever happened to Inez is the very first sign of complacency. Everything up till then was huge success.

In this group we hold a significant shareholding. I want BO’s feet firmly held to the fire and our overall shareholding multibaggers as soon as possible to justify our judgement putting our money on the line.

BO has raised my expectation of delivery and that’s why we have put a lot of money in early on and the way up. Don’t slow up now BO 👍🎉

Again expectation was that Inez results would hopefully trigger an updated resource report within 4-8 weeks. Waiting for the work over rig to test and gather more information we might not get that this year !! Once on site we’re looking at 3 weeks flow test assay results RNS as first Inez flow test.

The additional testing at Inez will take roughly as long as the initial flow test, i.e. several days to a few weeks depending on operational conditions and the need for comprehensive data gathering.

Hopefully they won’t wait for the results before at least starting on Well #5 . If that takes as long as Inez from the initial drill to flow testing results it was just over 12 weeks. Well 5 may not be in production by year end. Linda was 6 weeks from initial drill to the flow test results.

This is the impact the Inez delay has on timelines and why the SP has drifted badly imo. It’s great to get buying opportunities again but it does have knock on ramifications to the SP momentum we all are hoping for.

Don’t worry Oak Bloke has run his slide rule over the numbers factoring everything in to justify the deal and that more dilution is insignificant.

He does comment “ It’s true that debt increased 22.34% so by $0.5bn as well as $98m of existing Canvas debt was taken on too” but don’t worry it gets paid off in six and a half years time .

Not one of his slide rule projections of these numerous accretive deals has significantly moved the dial to rerate. Just remains range bound as the shares get sold on any small increase . I thought shareholder value was about increasing the share price not destroying it with dilution as it has over the last 5 years

Mizuho are a house broker for DEC in share transactions as part of DEC’s share buyback program as well as paid investment research and financial advisory services. Like all the other house brokers they have their snout in the DEC trough. Never have these idiotic overinflated share price targets , invariably doubling or more , ever been achieved in years of coverage 😂

No wonder you Hutson sycophants just don’t get what Terry keeps trying to educate you about this business and the snake oil salesman that runs it. And all he gets is abuse . The Maverick deal costing over a billion dollars in debt and huge share dilution has done nothing to rerate shareholder value. And again Hutson goes to the share dilution honeypot to raise money. Do much for all the free cash flow from Maverick 🙈. Wake up

Thankfully made my losses back , and more , from this flea ridden old dog this year . So many good investments out there at the moment for multibagger opportunities . Any rise of any kind the shares get dumped like hot potatoes.

So let’s just recap. Hutson completes the so called transformative deal of the century, crashes the SP to an all time low in April , through his utter incompetence, and the SP is still 20% down YTD !! Now had 2 Quarters of Maverick albeit the last was full revenue and nowhere near a rerate oh and of course some dividends albeit measly for LTH’s. So yes if you bought at 8p you’ve had a result of sorts but don’t bank on any more SP appreciation from here . You’ll be disappointed. Anyway back to enjoying chat boards that have good stories to tell of growth and multibagging shares like HEX and Defence Holdings to name just a couple. You mugs should try looking elsewhere 😂💯

Millions of shares on the sidelines waiting to be cashed in on any SP rise . There is no shareholder value being created from a CEO just pocketing his salary , undeserved additional shares at the expense of criminal shareholder dilution to fund his crumbling enterprise. The only winners over the last 5 years are the BOD, house brokers and investment cronies paid millions as they’ve all got their greedy corrupt snouts in the DEC trough of giving at shareholders expense .

It’s laughable that this lot just don’t get it.

A bit of an increase in the SP and all of a sudden the clouds have parted and the market has finally realised the genius of Hutson and it’s going to rerate and all the analysts are rerating DEC 😂

The mismanagement of this business, the contemptuous lies by Hutson and value destruction is on a Biblical scale. But the deluded followers continue to believe it will recover. Watching this business is more like “Life of Brian “ 🙈

You won’t get a resource update with the Inez flow testing results.

Flow testing Inez began 19th August . Linda took 15 days from start to results published . So on that basis we should get results this week. Will be interesting to see if we get an uptick pre results.

The last resource update was on 22nd May some 28 days after Linda flow testing results. So assuming they do resource update and assuming same timings we could get a resource update early - mid October. They have always committed to updating the market on resources. So far 2 have been done.

Whilst the facts of an offtake agreement is often made public, the detailed commercial terms are usually not fully disclosed to the public.

BO’s stated approach is to operate a hybrid strategy targeting both long term contracts and spot market sales to maximise value, as existing producers mostly have long term take or pay contracts limiting spot market supply.

This is range bound. The MM’s love it.

And Inez results won’t shift the dial unless Hex produce an increased resource report or Ingomar plan or a JV for Ingomar with a future suitor or our 2026 production plan.

We already have a market cap of 5 wells producing at $4m per annum . We need to see the future . We know it’s happening . We need to know how and when !!
