Results looking pretty good. The covid test only launched in the last month of those results and still brought in revenue of £26,146. More than mylotus did over the whole year. Results for the current year should be excellent in terms of revenue.

OWLS, you were talking about people who had bought in since £14 losing money. I'm guessing this wasn't you, therefore what relevance does it have that you need to sell your shares every now and then?

Fact remains that you only crystallize your losses when you sell. If you put yourself in a position where you are having to sell shares/trusts that have gone down in the sort term, you're doing it wrong.

Only if you've sold. If you're still holding, you haven't lost any money. And if you hold for a few years before selling, I'll bet you would make a pretty penny.

Glad i topped up this morning. It does seem like a company with much better prospects and an accrual plan since penny and co took the reins

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're stock counters, telling you how many of an item have been sold.
I.e. if someone goes on and buys 2 kits, it would show as 2 on the ticker.

I am pleased with the 'wins' as far as definitions go. Can't say I was surprised at the polymer definition though. NANOs definition certainly seemed a bit suspect to me - it was like saying you have a daisy chain if you had one daisy (because it could become a daisy chain)...

Think of investment trusts like a normal company. They have cash balances (or equivalents) for short / medium expenses. They take the fee from this (or as has been mentioned, by selling shares to raise money).

Talk of the Apple car keeps rumbling on as well. Tim Cook has pretty much confirmed they're working on it. It'll need a lot of sensors for sure!

NO. That's speculating. "I don't by shares to drift down or i would wait for it to do so". Very arrogant/naive to think you would know when the SP is going to go up or down! The best investors in the game can't do that in the short term.

Investing is buying the company to own a portion of it because you think it will generate profits and therefore value for shareholders over the long term. If you like a company and the price goes down, that just lets you buy the company at a cheaper price. Go watch some Warren Buffet videos. He'll tell you the same thing.

I was well in the red on this share for many months. You have to have a bit of patience with it.

You should be hoping it drifts down to 4p so you can buy more if you really belive in the company. I did this when it dropped to 1p and now i'm around 100% up.
