NW was a completely different kettle of fish. SMT aren't going after micro cap, private medical companies in an open ended fund that claims to be an income fund. They are doing exactly what they claim to be doing- going after mostly large cap growth companies.

Plus the actual companies that NW were in weren't particularly bad companies. Oxford Nanopore for example has shot up in value since it was sold off in the fire sale.

Yep. Same old samsung. This kind of thing will continue until the PTAB/trial is sorted. I have a feeling it's going to be an exciting year for nano holders though. This time next year we'll either be rich or Nano will have taken another 80% dive!

BT stated that the lawyers had said Samsung would sue for peace if they lost/it looked inevitable they would lose. They are stubborn, but no way will they let it get to the point where they have to stop selling their top TVs. They would fold (just) before that.

I fully expect them to find some reason to appeal if the decision at PTAB or court goes against them though.

The rankings are fairly meaningless on that site. They have got us in the 'air travel' category, so the top rankings are American Airlines and Ryanair etc. Having us in a covid testing category would be more useful.

Who would honestly buy a test from a company with such a stupid name? The list should have been checked and stupid names like that deleted. Makes the government list look very amateurish.

Won't these tests be taken in the travellers home country though? Meaning they wont be MHC tests?

With being in boots, they dont need to advertise as much. Everyone knows that boots do covid tests. When we start our non-covid tests up, they will need advertising (unless we get them into boots as well!)
