RE: π Patience Paid. This Is Only the Prologue.15 Feb 2026 09:45
As a newbie (kinda) I held Qntm Helium and Helium1) HE1 has been going up consistently whereas QH was up and down like a seesaw so dumped QH and put money in HE1. However Metal One flew up to 50p from about 2p, same kinda scenario and is now down at 1.9 to 2.1 I did make money on this and lost much of it as it crashed. HE1 is more similar 2 Fulcrum, new technology, extract minerals. HE1 has technology to extract Helium, large need globally, fewer companies in the space. HE1 have many projects, a number of up-and-coming catalysts for a major share improvement coming through this week and soon. In reality, as some of you have experience of other shares similar. What are the actual catalysts, research tells me: Immediate Milestones (Next Week)
Integrated Plant Operations Start
Rough Date: Week commencing Monday, February 16, 2026. What it does: The Pinon Canyon Plant in Colorado will begin full-scale integrated processing. This follows a temporary shutdown in January to integrate an amine unit that removes COβ from the gas stream.
Significance: This marks the transition from commissioning to commercial production, allowing the company to process raw gas into saleable helium.
First Commercial Helium Sales (Spot Market)
Rough Date: Expected during the week of Feb 16β22, 2026.
What it does: Arrangements for spot helium sales are already in place.
Significance: Generates the company's first EBITDA-positive cash flow from the Galactica-Pegasus project.
Short-Term Milestones (Next 2-4 Weeks)
ITW-1 ESP Testing Results (Tanzania)
Rough Date: Late February to Early March 2026.
What it does: Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) testing at the Itumbula West-1 (ITW-1) well began around January 19 and was expected to last two to three weeks.
Significance: Success could significantly increase flow rates and help upgrade the project's "contingent resources" into "bookable reserves," which is critical for securing large-scale project financing.
Medium-Term Milestones (H1 2026)
COβ Liquefaction & Sales
Rough Date: First Half (H1) 2026.
What it does: Installation of components to liquefy and load COβ (a byproduct of helium extraction).
Significance: Unlocks a secondary revenue stream, making the project more profitable by selling commercial-grade COβ alongside helium.
Production Capacity Ramp-Up
Production Capacity Ramp-Up
Rough Date: Ongoing through H1 2026. What it does: Tie-in of additional wells, including Jackson-2, into the gathering system.
Significance: Gradually increases the plantβs throughput, leading to growing monthly revenues as the system reaches full capacity.
Long-Term Offtake Agreements
Rough Date: Q2 2026. What it does: Moving from short-term spot sales to multi-year contracts.
Significance: Provides long-term financial stability and revenue certainty for the company's Colorado operations.
Is this about right?
