Hi all, I am new to this share having bought a recently. Only couple of thousand, but looks like a great opportunity to get in before a rather large rise. Granted I am down 10% on it thought to be fair I can actually be up 2% within the same day, so I am not placing a lot of credence on this. Any ideas when a new RNS is due (positive), do they like to give regular updates? Not sure More buys or more sells has any relevance it is more the size of the buy and the sell and the Directors are hardly likely to have invested if the shares are going to remain low, so I I must admit if directors are happy to invest, and they have the pulse on what is happening then it should not be too long before we hear what is happening, and a good rise could be in store. I also hold HE1 15% up but same type of share. Chill Brands which has been dropping consistently, but shot up 25% yesterday and another 10% today and also Rocket Lab which as the name implies has been rocketing and a way to go yet and Shield Therapeutics which has been rising steadily. So I am not risk adverse but I must also say that I am nervous about both HE1 and QHE with the high risk and volitile trading, I read here so0meone said thatb they would beb loooking at raising cash and more sells, but I can see no evidence of this currently so happy to hold as justb maybe negative banter, if any evidence would like to see it.

Must admit, holding HE1 and Quantum Helium are4 like being a West Ham fan, except with occasion good news! I have been researching and the news coming does seem excellent, if it goes the right way and I don't know, I kinda have a gut feeling it could give a very large jump upwards. The first time I think I have looked at this company on this site and apart from the usual rather unuseful and rather defamatory banter there does appear to be some useful talk about the share. My holding is not large, just couple of thousand pounds which looks great in the number of shares and I am up over 15% currently, though that does change enormously maybe 5 or 6 times a day. I also hold Rocket Lab which is really rocketing and Chill Brand which has been very chilly and sinking until yesterday when it rose 25% and looks like up again today at varying points of the morning. So risky is okay but little worried about my 2 helium shares. Any suggestions on when the news will come, someone here said next week, is there any foundation for this?

Agreed that it is way too low in price, currently. Considering the price, it restarted trading. No news, I guess, has been the ultimate reason for its share price falling. The company is increasing business, selling plenty. The court cases are now behind them and I believe Yes, Chill Brands is due money from a recent settlement. The company is set to receive a cash payment of about £210,000 as part of a settlement with former professional advisers.

Additionally, in December 2024, Chill Brands reached an out-of-court settlement in a separate dispute with its former directors that resolved litigation and resulted in the company regaining ownership and management of the Chill.com domain and associated trademarks. To be honest, falling share price is going against the positives. This should be a lot higher IMHO

Yep agree about the gold it is just.... where is the company going to get the money from to get the gold out of the ground. We're talking some big figures, and Met1 has maybe a million left??? Unless it does another share sale, and of course the other companies can do the same which would dilute Met1's investment quite a bit I would guess, they are already paying 20% I believe the interest is on the Met1 loan which would eat into any fund-raising activity? I must admit, I would have hoped the RNS had been a bit more transparent on the financials. I may be way off track, but liquidity does appear to be an issue....

Not against or for! Just a tad confused as to why this is such an amazing opportunity for Metal One? Metal one is financing the purchase for Lionsgate to buy gold assets which stopped mining after an accident in the mine killed people a very long time ago. Lionsgate is also i believe raising money from their shares and the value of metals ones holding in the company will fall. Lionsgate that (like Metals one) invest in buying undervalued or performing companies. So Lionsgate is buying a company with no money to dig for gold it has in its mines and is undervalued and not been working for some time. Lionsgate is borrowing money from metal one to buy the company. Metal one currently has 17.? % of Lionsgate so will only benefit upto 17% worth of dividends (I guess or asset) of Lionsgate. Metal One are using the money they raised from massive share issues giving them enough money to run the company for the next year, which has been used to buy shares in companies and to lend to Lionsgate at a very high interest rate. So metal one have no benefit except the interest rate and the increase in value of the shares in lionsgate... Are they plc or private company?

Does that not reduce the liquidity in both Lionsgate and Metals One? Who will pay for the gold to be resumed.... I am not sure, but I thought I read that Lions one are going to issue shares to raise more funding.... Metals One are probably not in a position to do so as the price is so low. I may have the completely wrong handle on this deal, but what is happening about the other assets they bought, Should investment not be made into the other assets? Where is the update on these? Maybe in January? Any ideas on what is the actual benefit for Metals One except the interest it gets from the loan.... which one assu,es it was getting already?

Re the double deal announced here on Friday I believe, or rather according to AI which gathered info from many sources so should be close at least. Estimated Contract Value. Based on ITM Power's public pricing for its 5 MW NEPTUNE V containerized plant at approximately £4.35 million per unit (€4.995 million or $5.4 million), the total value of the 70 MW projects can be estimated as follows:

Total Capacity: 70 MW

Units Required: 14 units (70 MW / 5 MW per unit)

Estimated Total Value: Approximately £60.9 million (14 units * £4.35 million per unit) or around $75.6 million USD (14 units * $5.4 million per unit).

It is important to note that these specific contracts are for engineering work only (Basic Design Engineering Package and Front-End Engineering Design), not the full delivery of the electrolyser units themselves. The value above is an estimate of the potential capital expenditure (CAPEX) for the eventual projects, assuming the customers proceed to the full procurement and construction phase using ITM Power's technology. If this is the case then this should (I would have thought) created a strong financial backbone for ITM moving forward, will increase balance sheet efficiency, and give assuming all goes well an excellent sales springboard to use these as existing customer references and increase market visibility in both Canada and Australia. Some great information thanks to you and sheds a lot more light on the whole picture. I believe most countries are actively pursuing Green Hydrogen of which Siemens Energy, Plug Power, Cummins, Ballard Power Systems, ITM Power are involved in developing the technology... couple of big names here which would suggest that the potential is real. Where would ITM fit in this group from size and technological advancement perspective ion the Green hydrogen sector. Example are ITM real competition to the likes of Siemens and Cummins or are they operating in different parts of the same sector

Good point Bil, but the concept is the same, as technology market is falling. Just because Grizzly said Ceres is a scam does not make it so. It does have a pipeline and making money, I believe. ITM has not changed either, market forces are more at play than the companies potential..... again I may be wrong here, very mixed reports out there. AI does not help as it can not differentiate between true and fake news so will offer what ever it finds as a fact.

I am trying to look at this from a brought non-rose-tinted glasses perspective. 1. Nothing has changed in the company, same pipeline!

2. The market as a whole is down not just ITM. Dragged by caution on a wider stock market crash where Tech stocks are falling big and energy companies are in hot pursuit across the board not just Hydrogen.

3 There has been some bad press on Hydrogen recently (Ceres) which as it came from Grizzly and no-one else seems to share the sentiment in such a way it is 99% pure fake news! Did the same few times before and are being sued for defamation.

4. In the Budget the UK has said it will be increasing the budget for energy alternative energy sources (such as Green hydrogen)

5 Some companies have dropped out of the market as potential not big enough for them (SHELL I believe) for Shell possibly it is noty as they have massive expectations but that also leaves a gap in the market for small companies to fill.

6. Japan and some Euro companies are actively pursuing Green Hydrogen plus a big company in Asia.

7. ITM's technology is good as far as I am aware and has an equal or more chance of obtaining business.

8. The market is down, Friday shares rose 4% at one point so maybe, just maybe the Christmas slump is nearing the end and giving everyone a good platform for 2026 to reap the rewards.

9. I did actually buy on Friday morning when it was down, so purely by fluke I have done okay but up down I will now hold as I believe this is not an ITM thing, company price is at its low or near low and now offers value whereas 80-90 was a bit to high on its current status. selling a bit over done as the jump against the trend showed. Again my view and does not say anything technical but trying to give a level field view of what is happening as I see it! Still trying to work out what is happening to Ceres as it took a real hit. I am a bit dubious as they rely on Chinese companies for business which may not be the best option and maybe need to broaden their partnership base. But here I am talking about ITM and things could be leveling out.

Far as I am aware, the company is still the same company, with the same assets and is still cash rich... currently! The same exploration is going on and the same potential still holds in this company. As suggested before that possibly those saying would drop to 2p are market makers or know them and also shorters and were hoping their prophecies of doom would speed up the process of the great drop. No one has lost money until you sell. Those that have bought now to average down will probably redeam your original money and possibly make a profit in 2026 as the share price rises through RNS action which inevitably happen as the company is still operating and as mentioned all things are still equal to prior to the drop. One may not have noticed (Though I would be surprised if you had not) the whole mining energy industry is down across the board, look at ITM and CERES and of course American, in fact their are few that have not been hit. So Market makers have had an impact but the general global market has also had an impact and many on the back of the tech slide and the Trump slide. So before we get to the jumping off the roof stage, lets just put things in perspective here. The potential does remain! The company are still doing what they have always said they will do, they are investing in some potentially good technology and projects one just needs to wait for them to pull off their first real deal success and as it is an AIM share it probably will fly and the buyers will once again be crowing their success, and they were right and..... The negatives will once again be shouting their aberration of the scam company. Will they raise more money, of course, and they are probably be working on the RNS as I write and the deal of all deals. This will push share price above 2 and... and... and! Just a thought!

Will buy Ceres again but after the budget, think things will be a bit volatile till we know what is actually coming rather than speculation. Must admit, most of the major players are looking at 5 pounds plus, so I am sure they are not stating this for fun and there is good substance to these forecasts.

Is this Ceres? I am getting a little confused as there seems to be a lot of discussion on other shares, I understand maybe mentioning other shares but full blown out discussions should probably be done on that companies forum and leave ceres for s ceres. Anyone got any info on ceres. I bought in but am wondering if bottomed out want to buy more.

By the way Nvidia, Palantir, Soun, BBAI and all the others will fall for a while. USA jobs came out yesterday, Trump also wants a rate cut but the inflation is not right for it, probably around Xmas. Plus the valuations are insane Nvidia most valuable company on the planet 5 trillion, how? yes, doing well but not that well! There will be turmoil in UK and USA for a while yet I would guess and i am worried that will affect Ceres. UK waiting for the budget and companies probably also overvalued to an extent. Ceres from what I have read seems to have massive potential so may buck the trend (at least that is what I thought. hence would like some good info from here!

Agree with you 'in the dark', this is a longer term play. Providing the liquidity remains, then it has a good chance, but certainly long term play. Kids are to impatient!

I think you have me confused with someone else, probably lti. I have never called you an anaeba. Check my conversations with you, i have generally been friendly. The only ones I go for are those that are just vile and rude. I am middle of the road, I do not care if someone is overly positive or overly negative, I do care when they are rude. This is supposed to be a forum of intelligent people discussing the benefits and drawbacks of MET1. JS is JS and I neither believe nor disbelieve as it does not affect the value of my shares or worth and has no impact on me in any way, so really I do not care! I appreciate his bragging is a tad tiresome and not that believable, but he is not being rude, and he is not hurting anyone, so it's okay! I do not tend to use this media, as I mentioned it came up stating these companies have the largest holdings which I thought was quite interesting, I guess it is not them that own the shares more like their clients equated have this holding but still quite interesting. Personally, I look at a very wide range of media to gather info, including AI to do deep searches.
