Even with an RNS like that, the price is still suppressed and completely under the radar..... Just means an even bigger boom when actual figures are released and when we start getting news of 2018

boooooooim Unaudited revenue for 2017 is expected to be up 52% at £17.3m (2016: £11.3m). The Company's contracted and billed revenues for the period were in fact £18.6m, with revenues from major new client MediaMarktSaturn ("MMS") at £6.5m. However, of this MMS revenue, £1.3m is to be recognised in Q1 2018 rather than in the 2017 financial period leading to reported revenue of £17.3m. Losses at Adjusted LBITDA level are expected to be significantly reduced from the previous period and be better than market expectations.

Been in here 1-2 years now since the sp hit 9p, now underwater with the shares at less then 5p with twice the number in circulation. No end of year news 6 weeks into 2018, no updates on projections from this year... Any thoughts on this? Tempted to half my holding here soon as there’s any positive bounce as I fear any bounce will quickly disappear with a a lot of smaller PIs trying to get out... Strange when the projected earnings make this highly attractive.

Patiently waiting for the year end results, suprised they haven’t been released yet although they are a much bigger business compared to last year so they might just be collating all the p&ls together?

I wouldn’t say chunky but there have been quite a lot of small buys these last 2 days. Something is definitely in the woodworks though the price has moved minimally. No sight of the RNS yet...

Revenue growth - not bothered about as this is something that should be much higher due to the acquisitions anyway. The key is Margin- if the margin is shown as increasing and the cost base has remained relatively fixed (hard to analyse due to acquisition) this would be the best indicator of performance for me. I would also like to see revised projections for this year and next. Currently there’s too many new contracts and one offs from setup fees to get a clear projection in my head so need this sorting. The main thing though is for them to just hit budget, if they do that this will really build momentum this year as the biggest question mark has been why they still aren’t in profit and is it even profitable I.e Spotify.

Funny how we haven’t had movement for weeks and it moves yesterday then magically an RNS appears... Either way, good stuff on the wins but we need numbers on these contracts....

Not sure with any of the questions however in regards to the 2nd Q - the news has to be materially enhancing to the business, with it not being much bigger with the acquisitons, the contract would have to be probably a million plus P.A for them to warrant stating it. and agreed regarding the dilution and 2.1m profit, it was much juicier pre dilution when the P.E was tempting however now its not so great and we havent even hit profit yet. what this says to me is 7DIG board are desperate for funding or they are so confident the share value will appreciate rapidly and quickly that they arent bothered with the level of dilution shown, i think its a bit of both as they needed the cash flow and they obviously seem confident it will turn cash positive. The key news is ensuring the year end figures went to plan and we start hearing a trickling of contracts. I have yet to hear about any contracts people mentioned months back regarding 7DIG trying to get there systems in cars which is something i was interested in. overall still holding but not selling/increasing till news

same - with HSBC and havent been notified either although i see 1/15th of my shareholding at 0 value on a separate line in my portfolio for 7dig, assuming they are working on it to allow people to purchase. had contacted corporate action team also

agree - dilution is huge but then again look at the share price bounce from 4p to where it is now already. The placing was heavily subscribed and its almost back to where it was pre - dilution news which indicates to me massive confidence even if the share price is near historical lows. I also agree in that �6mill + sounds excessive, but seems to me they in their head thought its better of getting it all in 1 go rather then getting cash positive say slightly later then planned ( or use the cash for capital injection/acquisition) rather then delay it and raise funds again next year. This should be all the cash they need, and if it isnt, would be the time to get out as they should not be burning through that money and still need some more in a year. I think this should be only up from here, but real movement will be Q2 of next year where the claims of large profits start to turn into facts.

Its slightly concerning that its fallen from the RNS news of 7p ( i was in here when it hit 9p plus and everyone was screaming 20p) for it to now be at below placing price of circa 5p Ill just repeat what ive said before which is this isnt a type of company major investors would look at as its relatively untapped and hasnt been in profit for a number of years when the board has repeatedly claimed it would be. I do however think with the number of acquisitions, the growing market its in and the fact that this is now geared to accelerate very quickly means 2018 will be its defining year in share price ( for good or for worse but about 80% sure this will triple from here if it hits its claimed profit projections). This is currently priced as though there will be a placing, sustain losses for another year and wont win any further contracts which i find hard to believe. Another thing to consider is the share price movement moves on minimial � value buys and sells. I wouldnt be suprised if a �50k buy would move the share price 10% the way this thing is behaving, you have tiny sell offs which are moving this 5% up and down. My recommendation is still to hold, we havent really received any news on any further contract wins but even that wont move this SP, lets see what the end of year results say...

The news from carrilion sent the shares up 20%, Due to a couple of small contracts that interserve dwarf Due to selling �50m worth of business to serco ( why didnt they sell more then just �50m? maybe serco know its loss making and dont want to touch it) Securing bank loans at 8-10% above LIBOR rates (lol - the business doesnt even make that in profit) Anyone who thinks Interserve wont have there banking covenants re-negotiated is out of there mind, there winning contract after contract with restructuring in place and once the covenants are agreed this will fly up 25% in a day. The last company i saw that was going to fail banking covenants was Cambian, that went from 58p to 230p in less then a year. Interserve is in much better shape then Carillion, theres no reason why this wont be 100p once covenants sorted.

Are they real buys or some sort of automatic stock / tally that happens sometimes ?

Im loaded on this so 5.5p would be a very good entry point though you would be lucky if it gets there. This will continue to trade between 6-7.5p till: - significant contract wins are announced -end of year is above expectations ( though will still drop back down to the 6-7.5p mark) -2018 if it hits all its EBIT targets. The issue with this share is simply put no major investors nor large amounts of PIs are jumping in because its still loss making, even though 2018 and 2019 will most likely result in profits equal to the current market cap. Very undervalued but im not shocked why it is so, i would of thought this would atleast be in the 10-12p range but all it will take is for it to show a profit with steady revenue increases and this thing will fly 20p+ next year. Tuck away and forget about it, check the shareprice a year from now.

i think its just down to the fact none of the profit has yet been recognised, even though in my head its about 90% certain, the market does not like small tech companies like these who promise the world, rapid profits in a short period of time. Look at how high the share price has been in the past without all the acquisitions, mergers and high probability now of good profits, share price should be 3-4 times the value just on that basis. Patience i think, cant see this getting lower then 5.4p, probably will float around in the 6-7p mark till significant contract wins and a years time when they are actually profitable. strong hold for me!

Whats remarkable is the amount of positive transformational news that has almost completely derisked this company who is in an industry that is booming and will continue to boom, has brought out compeititon, still has significant synergy savings and has gone from a loss to profitability, and will continue to do so at a rapid rate. all this and it was at 9p plus a few months ago based on nothing, its now at 7p.... very very undervalued!
