Hi KO,

I'm thinking that many of the Swedish holders may have waited until the Ops update hoping for an uplift in the share price. Now that they have seen that a good rise in the share price is not happening, they have thus thrown in the towel and sold. Hence the share price action we are now seeing. Just my thoughts on human behaviour. Maybe someone can check the selling action on the Swedish exchange.

Net debt down 30m.

I would have thought that they would have been advised legally about the rules !

Therefore my thoughts are that they made a slip up . Could be interesting times !!!!

Agreed, however we don't pay EPL on their 37.5%.

They pay their own EPL.

Enquest's 2023 production is 46k net .

When Enquest report their production it is what is net to them. They do not include production for Shell, BP, Harbour or anyone else !

Malaysia is 8k , NS is 38k

Stevo has lost 8k in production. Which means his FCF numbers are wrong !

I advise you all not to let Stevo hold your coat and wallet when you bend down to tie up your shoes ! Got a feeling that when you stand back up again your wallet will have less money in it ! I think that is what Stevo means by Free Cash Flow !

Great Post and interesting guess.

However, I'm not doing anything that I have done before.

I had to refuse the "Just Stop Oil" position due to their main funding being pulled. They were paying me a salary with cake, then when the funding was pulled they wanted me to pay them !

Mind you there are some good looking "old dears" working for JSO. could be why Romaron kept going along to their meetings ! ? !

Sadly my "Party Clothes" are now old and moth-balled.

Indeed I wore them last year at a Halloween party held for destitute Uk Oil Company Investors.

At the party they had a swimming pool. During the evening they had a diving competition. I won the "deepest underwater " dive challenge. I went down over £100k , sorry 100 Meters.

Anyway strange things happen sometimes, maybe just maybe , In a year or three we could see a 60p Party !

By then I could be retired again. I start work this Monday 16th October. You just would not believe what work I am doing !

Swedish holders - Surely if you own Enquest shares, then you own them no matter what exchange you purchased them !

Therefore if the Swedish holders do nothing then what happens ?

Surely Enquest is removed from trading/listing on the exchange but holders in Sweden still own the shares !

Later if they wish to sell, then their shares have to be sold on the London exchange. Surely that can be arranged in Sweden ?

The platform I use in the UK gives me the option to buy shares on many exchanges in the world, even the good old USA.

Would be a shame to sell at 14p and take a loss/hit when you don't need to !

Just to say that my situation is exactly the same as yours. The 40p target and all.

The knife has finished falling and is now scuttling across the floor.

I noticed some of you tried to catch it but got a few cuts as it slipped through your fingers !

I expect it to be kicked around the floor for many weeks until we exit the Swedish stock market.

Then watch out as many try to grab it off the floor in the new year.

I think it was 2016 when the share price doubled in 5 weeks ! I am looking for a repeat of this from very late December to early February.

I have many plasters in my first aid kit for those who got cut by this falling knife, any takers ?

We were told M&A discussions were taking place. If a director purchased shares during this process would it not be "insider trading". My guess is, this is the reason behind the lack of director buys.

In addition AB has purchased tens of millions of shares over the years. surely there comes a point when he has purchased enough (15% of the company) Much more and he will be forced to make an offer for the company !

Not sure he needs to do anymore - He has tens of millions in shares, bonds and even loaned the company 9 million of his own cash only a month or so ago !

I would like to see the other directors buy more ! ! !
