I sold all my safe ftse 100 shares in my PIP last week and have been buying ENQ with the proceeds this week. Now have all personal savings in ENQ and all my PIP funds in ENQ. Its definitely make a killing here or lose the bloody lot.

I'm 61, so it's going to be the good life or nothing ! Time will tell.

Markets got wind of it now!

Now we know why they are talking to the bank.

They need to pay 27m and they don't have it, on the hip.

Not sure that the market has digested this news yet.

May I suggest that you don't look here in 6 months, as it achieves nothing! All it does is confirm that you still have an emotional attachment. Best now your out, walk away cut all ties and move on with your partner.

The short answer to your question is -

No one knows, time will tell.

All one can do is calculate your own risk/probability conclusion based on what we know.

E.g. - things like - quality of management, past record or success, their business plan, production history, financial strength or weakness of the business, etc etc etc.

I am sure all our conclusions of risk vs reward will have different ratios/numbers.

My thoughts are that if the gold is there then they will eventually get it out. However will they over spend , ha e to borrow more. I think that this is likely. Will there be money to return to shareholders, not for a long time is my forecast.

Back to the mining problem. If the issue /problem is sorted quickly (like this week) then I see limited damage done and we should have bottomed, A rise in SP will be in order.

However if this drags on for weeks then I see the SP slowly sliding down to that 5p level I mentioned earlier. October 2022 low. Thus creating a double bottom and a Bushy Tail.

The hourly chart is for traders Bushy. Now I know you are not a trader because you are too emotionally involved. PI's should use daily, weekly or monthly no less frequent is needed. Traders 4 hourly and less.

Why are you wasting your time following an hourly chart ? It's for Traders. I doubt you would find any trading this. At most a couple. Traders will not effect the SP Here because there is not enough of them.

Indeed charts only can work if enough people use them to make their trading decisions. That's not applicable here- In my opinion.

Oh, and the RSI is not in oversold territory yet, so could fall further. You failed to mention that in your technical comments.

Just trying to balance the views on here a wee bit. To many positive dreamers on here who seem blind to the downside risk! Lets hope that they get this sorted soon. No one likes to see private investors loose money.

I Don't Know Why ?

AB has authority form last years AGM to buy 10% of shares as "buybacks" .

Why can't we just buy them now at todays prices. Catch the market by surprise !

Get best value for shareholders by buying at 12.5p - would only cost 25m for 10%.

Why wait and issue an announcement thus SP rises and we pay a bit more . I don't think we need to make a further announcement to the market for up to 10% purchases, do we ?

I predict Brent Oil Price will hit $90 by the end of March. The time of our Results RNS. Not sure how long it will stay there , but I can see $90 hit.

Based on my reading of Technical Charts and Fundermentals in the marketplace. It's a forecast !

I think AB has moved to the next phase in his investment.

1) He spent years buying huge quantities of shares building his investment in Enquest. He stopped buying over a year ago.

2) He then moved to phase 2. Get the company ready to return monies to shareholders. Himself included. We are coming to the end of phase 2.

3) Phase 3 is returns to shareholders - it's coming lads.

We have all done the FCF numbers for 2025. I can see a potential 50% return on FCF for 2025.

200m fcf would give 100m + return.

With the number of shares we have today that's over 5p dividend. It could be a lot more with higher fcf and less shares !

I think the next 12 months will transform our situation. My views only , no advice intended.

Buy 20% now for 50m, and a further 20% over the next 12 months (total 40%) . The second 20% will obviously cost more, maybe 75m.

Also commit to a percentage of FCF to be paid in Dividends for 2025. 50% would do the trick !

By 2025 we would be close to our old 60p Party
