Are you surprised at the rather good interest rate ENQ have been able to negotiate ?. You were certain it would be well above 5% back in May. Thankfully you were wrong ! Indeed I think Pelle won the bet with you.

Yes that sounds fair.
Shall we say current SP at 22p - offer price of 19p = 3p Then you want a profit split, say 50/50 to be fair which equates to 1.5p per share !
Lets work out who has to contribute what To the "Swedish Pot";
Mr Cccc has 1-2m shares so he puts in 1.5p x 2m shares = £30,000
January2, has 1m shares so my contribution would be = £15,000
Romaron has loads alover the place, say 2m shares = £30,000
KrakenOil , alias KO has at least 3m , No 4m shares = £60,000
Ammu123 is holding today and has 400 shares = £6
Spindok has 1,000 shares, and Mrs Spin has 999,000 = £15,000

TOTAL = £150,006

Pelle , This is serious money and we have not included everyone yet ! I can't see this getting off the ground, although Ammu123 may gift the £6. Can we just settle for the English buying the drinks at the 60p Party ?
Oh and I want to sit between gkb47 and Spindok at the 60p party. I have a feeling it will make me look young and handsome.

I think the 19p issue price will act as a magnet for the SP until completion of the fund raise. Because the OO is small the magnet attraction to the 19p issue price will be weak. However a weak pull towards keeping us close to 19p still exists, in my humble opinion. This is released when the OO is completed.
I don't see our SP "really taking off" until we get into August. However Blast Off will come. IMHO.

Your MC is around 10x ENQ with only 4 or 5 x the production levels. Even worse your FCF is only 2-3 x ENQ. According to my calculations.
Therefore the "Gap" needs to close. I believe you are way overvalued here ! Likewise ENQ is undervalued. Therefore I see more the same over the coming days/weeks. To close the gap even more, ENQ will rise more than HBR on good days. On bad days HBR will fall more than ENQ. This has already been happening for some time, I predict it will continue until the MC reaches 4-5 x that of ENQ.
AS for NAV, some of you have not got a clue !
rockylee, £10 a share, lol - you have not got a clue ! Maybe just maybe at $150 OIl.

The price of oil was showing over-baught on the RSI. It needs a little time to settle before it can march up again.
I'm still seeing $80 oil sometime in July.
ENQ prospectus due out anytime soon. Then we can see our path torwards a greater valuation.
Please don't slate KO for being emotional. It is his money after all. However, I bet he is a "screamer" when he is "in bed" too !

I would suggest comparing MC to NAV is one of the many things we should do before buying a stock !
