CPI is going to come in hotter next month and rates will keep going up. Gold has held up well. We don't need the gold price to go up though, we he's operational delivery ie cost control. It's about ASIC, as Bushy has pointed out before

Lol. This is precisely why the market won't give credit for Dugbe. There is the risk that the "asset" becomes a lot more debt and operational risk

It looks to me like the market is pricing in the possibility that HUM attempts to develop Dugbe themselves, which carries substantial risk, hence possibly worth nothing or negative
