Great that Lloyds has finally broken the £1 per share mark. It's been a nice 12 month period in terms of capital growth.. More to come over time IMO.

@Andy144 Agreed entirely re a certain shorter friend...who also has fairies that live in the bottom of his garden.

Personally I am not bothered about a few swings up or down. In my view the YouGov share price projection will be broadly upwards over the next 12-18 months, and 12-18 months is the sweet spot in terms of initial investment timeline on recovery plays like this stock. Plenty of upside here over that time period IMO.

@papduke For me that was teh key takeaway...Enbridge. Plus plenty of interest from other potential 'partners'. Although lacking in details (commercially sensitive etc), the green shoots are definately there. I agree that CH tacked left, rather than right earlier. However, it seems now CH knows where Zephyr needs to be - and is putting the wheels in motion for that clear future direction to take place - in order to attract an offer to buy all/part Zephyr, which as we know is the end goal for CH and most Zephyr shareholders.

@Apendragon Er, in case you didn't notice, you are the one stalking with you dumb post. I have a mere 3921 YouGov shares (£10,000 less fees) at this point - just a small stake bought at just under £2.55 and will add further in time if/when a major dip occurs. You on the other hand bought 80,000 shares at £5.20 and sold them all at £2.52. Ouch! Well done. And now after buying in at £5.20 initially as you thought £5.20 was a bargain, you have apparently turned around fully and now you 'say' you are short on YouGov...pull the other one old chap. Lol

I dare say that Mobico's negotiations in Germany are close to the end. Mobico's management will ensure that a fair and commercially acceptable agreement is accepted by all parties. RNS to reflect the same. This will be treated as more good news by the market and could add another 5p to Mobico's share price in quick time. Further, with decent management now in place, Mobico is one of a small handful of companies to enjoy good capital growth in terms of share price increase in 2026 IMO.

@papduke Don't worry Papa you can still enjoy any upside. Heck maybe 6-10p will be achieved in the 'near term' Lol

You obviously have sour grapes with your dumb post. Just because you are out and on the sidelines, no need to punish yourself by peeping over the fence at YouGov and commenting rubbish on other investors in YouGov who happen to think YouGov is currently under valued. So time for you to "Move on, move on, nothing to see here." Lol

With court sanction and other hurdles to face before Wood can be sold lock stock and barrel to Sidara, it almost always takes longer i.e. because of due process. Expect completion to occur at the end of June 2026, and you won't be disappointed.

My prediction of JD Sports increased sales ahead of expectations for Christmas period was on the money. Just added another £10,000 to JD Sports i.e. 11790 shares at .84349p. Will continue to build on dips. GLA

@papduke You sold 2.5 million Zephyr shares to invest elsewhere - fair enough. Zephyr currently makes up 2% of my entire portfolio - most of my investments are in the majors for good capital growth and dividends. Plus several dozen punts here and there, with a few turnaround opportunities thrown in for good measure! Diversification is key. I wish you all the best - but also hope you keep your hand in at Zephyr - this discussion board would not be quite the same without you!

Mobico had a nice finish to close at .2328p. I can see the early green shoots of a turnaround here. The early bird catches the worm and all that. I can see this stock as a long slow ride upwards, with just a few predictable stumbles along the way...all par for the course over the next 12-18 months. Mobico will remain on my watch list and I will add further. I like the look and focus of the new management team. I look forward to further management updates in 2026. GLA

Nice upward trend and finish today for YouGov to close at £2.61. This early momentum ought to carry into the New Year. IMO

Just checked on the JD Sports share price. Up today and closed at .8528p.

@TheCrowman Sorry Magpie but JO will not frequent the Capita board. If you knew the Wood discussion board since the Valentine's Day masacre you would understand that many posters there have had entrenched opinions whereby many thought Wood would turnaround on its own. I made it clear from day one that Wood will be sold as sure as night follows day and it has come to pass. Needless to say I made a few ememies along the way. C'est la vie and Happy New Year!

Capita has been a medium-long term stock I have kept in my bottom draw under 'no further action' needed. A nice overall riser over the past 12 months with more to come in 2026. I have not visited this Capita discussion board for quite a while now - nevertheless to the 'old timers', I wish you a happy and prosperous New Year for 2026! PS. Indeed BOA not far off with their target IMO.

Prudential has been a great stock over the last 12 months. I called the bottom at £6.00 and invested heavily at that point and have remained invested since. Fortune favours the brave (well those who have done their due diligence at least!). I have no plans to sell as Prudential still has plenty more to come in terms of capital growth in 2026 IMO.

Sold a few Lloyds shares the other day. Just bought into JD Sports once more to finish off 2026! Only a small punt of 11836 shares at .84021p £10,000 less fees (naturally). I have a hunch that Christmas & New Year sales will beat market expectations. May add if price drops further. GLA

I have taken an in-depth look into Mobico over the last few weeks. Take a closer look at Mobico's accounts and quarterly updates and commentary around those together with management updates. Mobico's new management in place with focus on the fundamentals. Mobico is a clear recovery stock currently in play. It will take 12-18 months, but the green shoots are definately there.

I see similarities between Mobico and Capita, which also had poor management prior to appointment of new management. I remain invested in Capita and have done very well out of it to date.

I expect the same turn-around with Mobico. I am 'highly optimistic'!

I have finished my due diligence on Mobico. I can see that this stock is a clear and present turn-around stock. So the question is, how low does this share price have to drop before it is too cheap to ignore? For JO, the current share price is low enough to put a small take in the ground. Just bought 43686 shares at .2276 i.e. £10,000 less fees. Will monitor and build a decent amount on any further dips over the next few months. Let's see what Mobico's new management can produce in 2026. GLA
