Sorry to hear that bud. Fair play to you for keeping positive and thinking of you is all I can really say on the health side. As far as shares go,the more I do the more I think you just get lucky once in a while which holds our interest...plus divs in my case lol!! Stumbled into tcg last week and an instant loss but managed an escape on the right side so not all bad news!

Yep,all a bit yucky at the moment,a few positives out there but even with my mixture of stuff have taken a good kicking the last few weeks. Land far more interesting at the moment and trees bursting into life,birdlife going well and the bees feasting on the comfrey,borage etc. Rain needed mind you,drying up a bit currently. Be good bud.

Evening all. Good month for divvies and capital destruction on mine! AA,I’m a bit flummoxed by the recruiter too,averaged down four times and still down as no bounce at all but note some II doubled up so presumably they did their due diligence!

Charts,no one knows what mr market will do,even the charts. We all know that some will make money and some will lose money,mix it up,spread it around,consolidate,collect the divs and don’t be upset when it goes the wrong way. Courage...and shuffle the cards. Have a good weekend mate.

Also I’ve no idea whether they’ll do the obvious buyback policy,but much like director buys if they’re confident their business model is ‘better’ than the SP I guess they would as we all would if in that position. I’m assuming closed period so no imminent director buys to prop things up but note the current chief exec has a penchant for owning the shares which will no doubt occur as and when able presumably as he sees value or wants to average down!!!

Another II added after that link so freefloat lower now unless there’s some late reporting from last week...assuming not then my hunch is exaggerated selling on sentiment can change direction. The company went in negative from word 1 on the rns and then added the positives so maybe spooked the market direction on Friday but the direction stayed negative throughout the day despite me buying three tranches lol and maybe that was the problem as no zig-zagging around on the price kept it dropping? Busy Monday and Tuesday at the farm but will no doubt be looking in so will roll with the punches on that one I guess.
Sla also a biggie of mine,the good news is they pay the divvy next week,SP...shall we not mention that one lol!!

I’d like to think a lot of my holdings are ‘oversold’...imb,tcap,igg,Telford homes,William Hill,vod....I could go on lol..but as a very recent holder of staffline I’d say it’s oversold on the all important sentiment and momentum side of things on a tiny freefloat but who knows. Since the yield(potential or otherwise) is up there I’ve gone in a bit heavier on Friday so watching closely to add/reduce if I happen to notice any big moves either way. A ‘moving target’ is the best way to summarise that one for my interest in it.

Just in that one in a small way for the bumps in the road mate.

Those staffline ones have a tiny freefloat for starters so concur with you AA that could end up being a winner although hard to be positive when you drop a quid from your first purchase lol! That stove paint is really thin,like painting with ink! Good time of year to get these jobs out of the way. Upgraded the mower to a cub cadet. Keeping the other one for towing etc rather than trade in. Easy to get carried away with lawn tractors on stuff like brambles...lose the belt every six months hopefully the new one a bit stronger!
