Yes I noticed the buzz when mwana suddenly became active but sitting on mine as its a big one with bigger aspirations! Jumped into fastjet and managed a quick profit for a change and flogged esure for a small one and bought serco and watched them drop immediately another 7p.....I hate it when that happens!! Haven't followed bdev or the others since I flogged my last tw at a quid although I'm watchful on persimmon in case they go below a tenner. On the house ones I was in at the bottom and missed the big rises which I'm not going to do with these and sister clln. I guess the cracking yields help retain my loyalty whereas the house ones were growth/bounce only but persimmon apparently is going to share the spoils along the way hence a vague interest. Serco I don't know,a quick glance at 5% down on profit and 15% down on SP was enough for me but that was the extent of my reading I'm afraid. Last time I had barratts was at 40p! Lego,quoted verbatim from net but also asked my broker and he reckoned it was quite complex.

Lego will need to scroll back a bit for the other thing mentioned seeing as the board has become busy again!!

There's no sure fire way mate,profit on specs more elusive but whet if they go up after and it wasn't just a spike?! Big stuff easier to hold as the yield gives a reason to do so. Anyway night mate.

I think they have diluted already...till the next time who knows mate,look a reasonable recovery play alongside hoc,mwa.......!!! In other words the ones we hoped to make money on become the ones our primary goal is getting our initial money back!

Bought a couple but not going in too heavy as I don't know much about them except they looked cheap and placed at 45

Good luck with them mate. Never had any yank ones due to the dealing costs and aggro attached. Had done Aussie listed ones once which went up 20% and the profit went on costs each way plus unlike the yanks no x-over time on trading....have t bothered since!

Few and far between today but spotted another riser,my sains which I don't watch went up today,finally breached 4 quid...maybe the Qataris are after us?!!! Ones like HOC bounce around all the time so not massively bothered. Looked at my new paper loss on mwana and quickly looked away plus man group off again,where's that t/o or distribution of surplus dosh when we need it eh!

Yes a busy board once more. Red day,a few ex divs on mine so some accountable. Made a few quid on those tertiary things and stuck proceeds into more barcs and rsa. Looks like the one I was moaning about yesterday,esure,about the only riser in my main. Out and about tonight so laters or tomorrow gang.

Also got medicx ex tomorrow so that's 5 of mine...p/f will drop a bit but at least there's a pipeline filled up!! Shell and bp both pay around Xmas which is handy. Night bud.

Yes it was a strange one,some up and some down and the miners mostly down. In truth I've put a lot into mwa but its all a bit of a lottery and Lady Luck plays a huge part. Thorntons was a recovery I felt confident about as they went into wholesale as well as retail but I've sold them now(for now). I'm irritated that esure dropped after I added but results tomorrow and as long as the div is around the 14p projected I'll be less annoyed at the almost instantaneous paper loss...you know of expect it on aim but not so on main! Relieved to see sse off the 13's but that's another one reporting this week to keep an eye on. Quite a few ex divs tomorrow on mine,Glaxo and cable comms to name but two. I don't thing any of us should follow bb advice from strangers but as part of the decision to buy its a good thing if we 'know' the posters. Anyway its late...again! Catch up soon.

The interest isn't worth bothering with and the option to convert to shares hardly enticing at so much over the current SP. I'd just stick with the shares and leave the instis to take up the bond IMO!!

Raising some dosh in the market no big deal really, SP drop down to general plus UBS stuck a sell on....brokers eh!
