A few years ago when lonrho were 2p I remember my broker joking with me as it was an obsession of mine,why don't you put it all in lonrho at 2p....! Yes there's a grace about some trees,the mulberry is probably the most interesting as they take 7 years to bear fruit and the Chinese liken the fruits to the cycle of life as they start white,turn red then ripen and fall off black. Quite rare and trying to get cuttings to strike even rarer!! On topic,the old girl had a massive dip down to about 210 and 'sister' carillion around the same time, easy with hindsight but I did add both as I had confidence and patience I guess as I kind of 'know' the share. Had William hill a couple of years ago and did okay. The other ones I had when they were called something else? Bananas,had them post crash but sold them all at 30 I think.
